We were wondering if we could get a new device and visited the Bell store at Chinook. Pouya Soleimani welcomed and helped us. He was patient, knowledgeable and explained to us the process and pricing. We ended up getting a new contract and a new phone!!

After a couple of unsuccessful attempts at ID validation for my account, Dev at the Chinook Mall was able to help me get validated with the fraud team so quickly! He was very friendly, efficient and told me about some promotions I was eligible for. Great experience, thank you Dev! :)

Our agent Dev, at Bell Chinook was absolutely fantastic. I went in to get my boyfriend’s phone upgraded and did not plan on switching carriers, but Dev got me into an awesome and affordable plan + a new phone, all for wayyy cheaper than I was paying! 5 stars to Dev for being so friendly and enthusiastic and for working hard to get us the best deal!
