The attendant was really unfriendly, not willing to help or give any suggestion. It wasn’t a good experience. I was also served me a old and dry cake. The other staff seemed to be very competent, but they were more at the back.

Le gros Tony and his team are the most courteous, pleasant and fastest of any Tim’s I’ve been to. Number 1 in my opinion.

Good coffee as always. The bathroom is a drawback. The faucet has an issue so it only drips water. It is out of toilet paper as well.

This restaurant is always missing items from the menu regardless the time of the day, also.... within 1 hr from closing, sandwiches cannot be warmed up (?!) And it needs more bilingual staff. Not invited to come back.

Only some options in the menu are available. No bagels, limited muffins, no potatoes. On top of that, no cards accepted today... existing croissants and french vanilla were good.

Insanely slow and incompetent staff. Very rude when I tried to explain to them I had a free coffee loaded on my app and turns out they hadn't scanned my phone properly.My honey glazed timbits AND donuts had some weird liquid inside making me believe they were under baked???? Don't thing this is normal, as I've never heard of these do my it's being filled before.No idea what is going on at this location, very disappointed.

Staff is trash, food is trash. Always forgetting something and messing up the food no matter what time is is and the amount of customer there is. Kitchen is dirty. A girl in the staff called me and my friend the n word and when the manager was told of how they treated us, she just said “ it’s their own opinion and they have the right to share it”. No need to say that I’m not going back. I just wanted them to treat us right and say sorry but it was another fight. Nobody there is kind

Came around 5am, place is open, there are adds for the plant based breakfast sandwich, full staff, not too many clients, asked for the plant based patty, they said it's not ready" I said ok
