I love This place. Their gift basket selection is amazing, they will make a basket for you to your designs and if you want to add.your own items. The staff is super friendly as well. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place.

Selection is amazing and the customer service was incredible! There was a problem with a delivery (no one home) but it was important it was received that day. Mrs. B's went out of their way and hand delivered to my home after hours to accommodate me. Incredible! Thank you!

Similar to the other review- we live in BC and ordered a gift basket for friends in Burlington. They delivered the basket really fast, despite of our last-minute order. We didn't get to see what the basket looks like. But our friends seem enjoy it a lot. We're grateful for their service.

I received a call Friday the 23rd 1025 a.m. from store staying I was unfair to rate them a 1 star. That they are small and did not have chocolate in stock .My order was $110.00 with 20$ delivery charge in cluded for a travel of 20km.The website says items in stock,hence the reason and closeness of why I ordered plus they had a good rating .The basket did not arrived before 1130 a.m. Friday from an order placed Tuesday evening.I suggest you put a notice on website staying that delivery may take longer if necessary .I ordered a shipment over 24 hrs ago still not delivered,for a product in stock ,not a long distance shipmentPicked this places, easy,ideas etc so far not impressedHope to update

Many thanks for the lovely basket sent to my friend on Jan 23 in Burlington. She was so pleased as was I to know I was given great customer service right down to the red carnation. I wish I had seen it but didn't think about a picture and she does not have the media to send me one. Thank you again for your exceptional service.

Delicious biscotti, but everyone in Burlington already knows this. Baked fresh in house!This place along with a precious few others are what make Burlington an amazing place to live in.The new location on Harvester is on my way to work... now I'm in trouble!Looking forward to having an excuse to try a customized gift basket from here, they all look really good.
