Called tech support, extremely helpful.

Terrible experience. I was directed to Garland Commercial Ranges by a manufacture, they listed them as the Canadian dealer. I called to order some parts upon having to call back multiple times, as they don't appear to have anybody answering the phones, I was bounced around to multiple people and automated menus until I was sent to somebody in the US. The guy finally gave me the part numbers that I required but said he couldn't sell me any parts and that I'd have to call Garland Commercial Ranges to order the parts, that's who I called when I started this whole telephone game. I hung up and called Garland Commercial Ranges again, after trying to relay my story to them I somehow got back to the guy in the US, I explained the situation to him and he connected me with some one else who told me I had to use a local dealer. All this could have been avoided if I would have been told about a local dealer in the first place.

I just talked with Lindsay from customer service. She briefed me very professionally and in detail. Wish all the companies have professionals like her

My small business had chosen to purchase a unit from this company, and we were unsatisfied with the overall customer service. When ordering online, we were presented with only four options for this custom built unit. After placing the order, we received a follow up email asking further questions regarding the specifications of the product. After some back and forth, we chose to send a picture of the plate of the item that we needed to be replaced. After being reassured by the rep, we received the incorrect unit eight weeks after the order was originally placed. Upon our attempt to return the unit, we were told that a 60% restocking fee would be required because there is a minuscule chance that the product could ever be resold. The reps should be far more knowledgeable about their products, and if there are twelve custom options on the product (this we now know) that should be clear on the website. We will no longer service these products (except to remove them), and we will not be recommending these products to any peers, customers, or coworkers going forward. Very disappointed.

worst product ever. Way too much experiensive for an oven like this product. We got a garland e2111 and want to replace a small element inside instead open partially, you have to open the whole machine, all the joint is connected anti-human design. Heating element is cheap like home use stove. Lack of safety design for the Stone. If it cracked it will break instead of cracking, and it will fell on the heating wire. Impossible to wash. Good luck for having a trouble oven.

I would not recommend. After ordering a product, I needed to a particular piece. When contacting customer service, it seemed that they didn't know the ins and outs of their product. They sent me a piece that did not work with the equipment I had, after this long run around trying to explain what was needed, resulting in being unable to use the product that I paid for. I feel that the customer service needs to know more about their products, to efficiently do their job in customer satisfaction.

By far the worst product you can have in your kitchen line of appliances. I ordered a stove for almost $6000.00 which didnt last 3 months until problems started showing up. We received the unit in late December2022, the 1st service call was made to the company on February 3rd then on April. we are no in June and the unit is still have no pressure in it. I called the regin manger more then 30 times in the last 4 month to have the unit replaced but he keep on giving me excuses about his boss being gone out of the office. very unprofessional customer service. and this would be the last time I buy anything from Garland due to their lack of customer service and lack of quality. This is the stove which is only 6 months old, The stove is turned all the way to the highest level but has no pressure at all which is very disappointing.

A worst place to work. Every year they slow down in winter and lay off many people. Only people with more than 15 years seniority they survive and those employees got time and half then juniors for the same work.

Five stars, for when I worked there between 1982 - 1988. Great staff back then. My job's working there, draftsman, test engineer, and product assemble. Garland had a company softball team, and very competitive on the field.
