Witnessed the employees being very discriminatory towards a group of young colored males. The owner of this subway needs to train his staff better in customer interaction skills.

After a long 7 hour drive from North bay I was happily impressed by the outstanding service of both Tessa and Sam specifically. They were extremely timely and were happy to help! Making small talk with me while taking my order and actually preparing my food made me feel like I was back in my home city, absolutely outstanding! Anytime I swing through Wawa, you can guarantee that I will be going back to subway for an amazing sandwich.11/10 would recommend!

Personally would not recommend stopping by here. Horrible customer service they were being very rude with my self and my coworkers. When I asked for a combo with cookies I was told I couldn’t get them but the people in front of me had gotten the same cookies. Poor food etiquette sloppy Sun fell apart before I could eat it.

Earlier today I had witnessed 2 men verbally assault the owners and employee working at the time.I was very impressed with how they handled the situation.The owner and the staff are amazing people and do not deserve to be treated with such disrespect.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Its been 8 years I am in Canada. For the first time i felt discriminated by my own country people.I got wrong food when i asked them , if they can fix my order or give me refund, I had the food and receipt with me. The girl working at the restaurant told me she has to call her owner first. Then after talked to him she gave me my refund , then her owner called her back to asked her who is the customer Canadian or another community. She told him they are Indians then the owner said he wants to speak to me on the phone and I refused then he talked to my friend. He told my friend that he is doing us favour by giving us refund because in food Industry you will never get REFUND OR GET YOU ORDER FIX, he was very rude and unprofessional throughout the whole conversation,And we were shocked. At the end, we left our food and the refund at counter with the girl because we felt discriminated and disrespectful. NEVER GOING BACK.

Was visiting for a week almost every day, first few days was good service. But the last 2 times the staff were very rude and discriminatory towards myself and my coworkers. My coworker was yelled at because he wanted the caramel pecan cookies, then my other coworker was yelled at and showed attitude for asking the man to spread the chicken evenly across his sub. We even heard them bad talking us behind the counter and when asked what their problem is with us they proceeded to argue aggressively and said we are banned from the store. I will not be returning here terrible customer service.

Had two foot long sub, nice staff and told us a bit about the town as we were traveling through. The bread was freshly baked, and veggies were freshly cut.Only con: they didn't have any diet drink options from fountain but they do have bottles.Witnessed another customer in line, young girl dropped her subway cup and the owner gave them new cups. Good food safety and kind people.

They did a great job! I wanted a regular sized sub. I be mentioned I was only going to eat half at the restaurant and the other half later. He immediately properly wrapped the half for later and the ear now half presented for immediate consumption. I like when people do little things like that to make my life easier.
