I went in with the idea that I needed a new zipper on my coat. Its a quality coat and new last winter. The lady at the front desk told me right away that my zipper was fine and just needed to be tightened. Im very pleased with this outcome as i was sure i would need to pay $50 for a new zipper and the work. They tightened it for free. Thank you for your help, honesty and the free work!

I have taken my gowns to Andrei's Master Tailors over the years and have always had excellent service - my gowns were always done to perfection and always in a timely manner. I just recently met a new addition to their team - Maryna - and she, like the rest of their team, is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Horrible service! Bad quality of work! Rude staff! I can’t even with this place! They took 2 weeks to sew a few badges on and they sewed right through the pocket into the arm sleeve, missing 1 badge, I asked for Velcro and they “forgot” after writting it down, and they the badges where sewed on with a huge gap on the edge!When I confronted them about it, the front lady was refusing to give me a refund and telling me I wasn’t going to get better anywhere else. After showing her the horrible work and fighting for almost an hour, she gave me a refund, but not even the full amount (I have receipts and bank statements to prove it!)

Maybe Maria smiles not enough for you guys, but she and Andrei do amazing job! They make the best messkits in Canada, and if they told there is nothing they can do with your piece of clothing, that means it's really impossible to do.

The woman who waited on me must have been the owner, because that is the only way she still has a job. Extremely rude!! I work in the public sector and would never treat anyone that way. Made me feel Like I was bothering her. How “dare “ me to walk into the store to give her business. I guess she has enough as she said. “ we have way too much work here, it will be over a month” .

Look, I love this place. It's old fashion. Those saying they're rude, who cares. Do they do good work? Yes. Do they over change? No. I think the world needs more places like this. The first time went in for a rip a coat. I think I was insulted the whole time but you know what, they didnt charge me and made me a life long client.

Great quality, poor service. They took my measurement once, made my mess kit and ship it to me. The fitting is horrible. Other places you would go back 3 times to the shop during the confection of your kit to make sure measurement are on point. At 2000$, you expect a perfect fit. I wrote a email to them explaning the situation. They didn’t even bother to respond
