Roxy and the entire Art of Celebrations team was such a pleasure to work with in the planning and execution of our wedding. I primarily worked through Roxy who was very responsive to my MANY back-and-forth emails. She paid close attention to all the little details I wanted, managing sub-contracts for rental items with other vendors, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was pleased with the final outcome. For my wedding, Roxy and her team coordinated many floral design elements including a beautiful, large floral arrangement for a cross we had for our wedding ceremony and gorgeous reception centerpieces for our king's table and guest tables, all for a reasonable price. I am so glad with our decision to choose Art of Celebrations for our design needs on our wedding day and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking at event planning services. Roxy is an amazing, extremely talented, creative, experienced, knowledgeable and professional Wedding Creator/ Planner. She is the first one of this kind. Whether you are having a traditional wedding or have special theme that is closed to your heart Roxy will make it happen. Waterfalls, doves, lanters, fireworks, you name it, she has it. Roxy will create your perfect wedding and make your dreams come true just like she did for me and my husband in June 2012. Right from the inception she explored different ideas and questions with great patience and understanding. We were also advised that she could create a number of scenarios for our wedding design/decor in 3D to better visualize it. She did go above and beyond whether i came to returning phone calls or emails. Finally she took away the stress of planning it, she was always just a phone call away and as a bride it is one of the most important things during this crazy time. The end product, which was a travel/ avation themed wedding was out of this world and we were both left speechless. The attention to details was spectacular. From the invitations to stationary and decor, it was all connected together. In our opinion she is simply the best. We hope Roxy can be a part of our lives in the future and we look forward to plan other events with her. We would definately and have recommended her to our family and friends!

Its been a while now since ArtofCelebrations worked on perfecting my wedding. It has been an amazing experience. The whole thing started with a google search, I was not referred to them by anyone. I was also under extreme pressure from losing my original wedding planner. I called them hoping to find someone who could replace the original planner who decided to drop everything and stop answering my calls just 3-4 weeks before my wedding.Roxy, replied to my call. Extremely professional, nice and helpful. Again without any referrals she was happy to help me and give the best service she could provide within the tough time limit I gave her. Everything came together perfectly with zero worries. I even heard of some last minute unfortunate weather events that happened during the wedding day that Artofcelebrations took care of without having to even inform me and get me worried about. Art of Celebrations helped us plan our civil ceremony in Toronto totally using Internet correspondence. My new wife and I were, indeed, pleased with the help provided by Roxy Zapala. Ms. Zapala assisted us with the intricacies of obtaining an Ontario wedding license which is rather complex for Americans in unique circumstances. She even recommended a local officiant for the simple ceremony who was charming as well. We cannot recommend Art of Celebrations enough!

Roxy and her crew are awesome. Our wedding was beautiful, and having had to postpone due to an illness in the family Roxy thankfully put everything on hold and then kicked everything back into high gear when we were ready. The venue she found was amazing, and the decor was breathtaking. Highly recommended. She recommended amazing photographer and DJ too. I would highly recommend Art of Celebrations.

Art of Celebrations is truly the best and we couldn't have chosen any one better! The hard work that Roxy and her staff did for all of our flowers and centrepieces for our Wedding Day was more than what we imagined! Roxy and her team did an amazing job with our wedding centerpieces, bouquets and head table arrangement, our guests were wow'ed!!!! They were professional, offered great expertise and advice and very accommodating to changes. You made it less stressful for us. I highly recommend them!
