Supervisor, Gabriel is super unprofessional, is verbally abusive towards employees and cannot conduct company issues in a calm and logical manner. Results in swearing and belittling employees, even going as far as attempting to sabotage employee careers.

We ordered a couch from a company (M2GO, and was told by the sales rep that the delivery will be to the door). We got confirmation from Groupe Robert that they will deliver the next day by noon. The drivers showed up (2 of them), and they stated that they will not bring it to the door, and will leave the furniture in the lobby or outside. They demanded that we pay extra in order to bring it to the door. I called Groupe Robert and spoke to the representative that was in charge of our order and she told me that she will speak to the drivers and let them know that their responsibility for the taking it up to our door. The drivers told us that she is not our boss". We therefore had no other choice than to pay the drivers (which is in fact extortion). Our furniture company tells us that it's Groupe Robert's responsibility to ensure the delivery is done correctly. Groupe Robert's rep told us the drivers must be able to take it to the door. The drivers tell us that "they do not work the furniture company" nor is the "rep on Group Robert's side their boss". This is a really unfortunate that this type of business practice still exists - and my business was with the furniture company and not Groupe Robert

They have no sense to talk to truck operators,they don't do their job well, a lot of waiting and bad service.Waiting for a load scheduled to pick uo for 1pm, they keep saying wait and they wil call me, at 7pm after 5 hours wait, still they have no idea when will the load will be ready, moreover the lady sitting in the office ( 10 December 2021 at 7pm) have no sense no talk, shhe is so rude and nonsense.

One of they driver got stuck in a employee parking lot where it is clearly written no truck allowed, he backed in my car with his 53 foot long trailer and they gently told me to call my insurance. This since this was a repair less than 500$ they could have sucked it up. No let the poor guy have his premium raised.

This was the best company to work for a few years ago but lake of communication between the higher management and the workers came down to zero in recent months. They just want the job done no matter how the worker feels or if he could handle this much. Thats really upsetting.

We shipped a commercial dishwasher with Robert transport for next day delivery. Ten days later they are still telling me lies on a daily bases as why it has not been delivered. At first it was delayed by Easter weekend. Even though it was to be delivered two days before Easter weekend. The next time I called they told me it had been shipped to the wrong city. The next time I call I was told that it was delayed by a power outage that occurred. The next day they told me it had been transferred to another carrier. But that they weren't allowed to share the information as to what carrier it was. Plus they had no way to follow up with me. It is up to me to call them. But no more than once a day.What really burns me is, while on hold. I'm forced to listen to phone recordings of just how professional and efficient Robert Transport is. I could have put the dishwasher on a dolly and walked it from Sherbrooke to Ottawa by now.Sometimes times things go bad, I get that. If you ever decide to become a owner operator make sure to stay FAR FAR AWAY FROM ROBERT TRANSPORT!Ask around and you will know exactly how they treat the owner operators.Their reputation will always follow them.

My (multi-lingual) wife got interviewed and hired by this company. 2-3 weeks into her role as logistic technician (has studies in this domain), she points out some inefficiencies in some of their processes to her manager, and surprise surprise, next day, she gets let go because her french is inadequate". Pretty sure that manager felt threatened in losing their job..Like seriously? She speaks and writes french better than 90% of the population
