I visited this clinic because I needed a procedure my family doctor doesn’t do. I was able to make an appointment without a referral that was for the next week. They have great availability, short wait times in the office, and the staff are all incredibly warm and friendly. This was the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had. The female practitioner was so kind and patient, she helped me relax and stay calm. I went back the following week for another procedure with a male doctor. I removed one star because I felt he could’ve done a better job of communicating prior to the procedure as well as during it. The female practitioner the week before narrated as she went and asked me if she was ok to proceed, but he did not. I think it would improve the experience for everyone if he communicated what he was doing and what to expect. It’s probably routine to him and not a big deal, but that doesn’t mean the patient feels the same way!

I just recently had my iud. The doctor has extensive training. The process was simple, especially because livion was available at all times to take calls and patiently clear out any confusion. She was also warmly welcomed by Jada at the front desk. A safe place to receive treatments! Very best!
