So im a current tenant here and im giving the most valuable review i possibly can. This place is rough, The interior hallways are dirty, walls, flooring etc. For $1200+ a month i feel they couldimprove Bigtime, they plowed the lot ONCE all winter and when they do attempt to plow they take a swipe down the rows behind the cars. its beyond pathetic. the pictures ive posted are this current winter’s situation the ruts are so bad they throw my truck around i cant imagine a smaller car and again they refuse to fix the simplest problems. this is an eye opener for myself moving into this place. looks Decent from outside and Afar, but once inside its rough. just giving a valid Review. cheers.

Just moved in, and quite pleased so far. Julie in the leasing office is friendly, prompt, and accommodating, and a few minor maintenance concerns have been looked after very quickly.The suite was spotless and in good condition at move-in. Looking forward to a long stay here!

Our apartment is lovely. It's clean, spacious and in a wonderfully quiet area. It is pet friendly, and the office staff/maintenance personnel are fantastic. The best perk for me is having an in suite washer and dryer! The best!!! I also wanted to add that I recently had a challenge with my kitchen sinks. Zdravko was amazing. He worked on them for the entire afternoon, and two trips to Home Depot. He is a wonderful maintenance person to have around.

awful place. Julie at the front desk treats elderly residents as if they are incompetent and completely disrespects them. there have been many reviews and complaints written about Julie but they have all been taken down. i usually don’t post reviews about places but when it comes to my grandparents being disrespected that’s where i draw the line. please reconsider before applying for one of these apartments.

Just moved in and love it already! Suites are nice, insuite laundry, pet friendly including larger dogs! Staff is great and within the first day met many of the other residents. Feels like it’s own little community, looking forward to a long stay!

It's conveniently located with in-suite laundry, Julie is amazing and always ready to assist. However, the carpets in the common area and my apartment need changing as they are worn out. Smoking continues at the entrance as well as at my window and patio by those who walk or walk their dogs and conveniently stop to chat with me. Apartment. The noise level of those waiting at the elevator and those above my floor is a nuisance. 11 pm to 2 am is the continued tramped in the thin ceiling above my apartment which has transitioned from the fighting and quarreling in recent times. I would not recommend living on the ground floor without earplugs.Am yet to see one poster stating management's intentions for a smoke-free environment. Or some sensitizing to remind residents about none smoking zones.It would be nice to address the entrance doors where our keys often turn 360 cycles without success and one has to use alternative side doors to get in. But with every residence comes it's good and it's bad.

My mother was completely disrespected and degraded by the front desk lady Julie. Julie treats elderly tenants with the utmost disrespect I've ever seen. She refuses to do her job properly and help her elderly tenants which is unacceptable. The maintenance staff is amazing and helpful but as long as Julie is still employed I would not consider applying for one of these apartments.

I lived in Quail Ridge for 1 year, which was too short. It has been by far my best renting experience! I’d still be living there if my new job wasn’t across the city. The property management was most friendly and professional, going above and beyond. Same with maintenance! Friendly and prompt with repairs! The suites had a beautiful layout with lovely features in a serene area. I miss it dearly, but reflect on my happy stay often. I venture back to the area for walks here and there- perhaps one day I’ll return :) Thank-you for making my experience a great one!!

I’ve lived in this apartment for 3 years. The staff is very friendly. My one complaint is that they would allow smoking within a building that they know houses families with children.Allowing smoking outside on apartment grounds is completely understandable (though not ideal as the smoke still blow in through windows of the upper floors).Allowing smoking within the apartment units, in a building that has shared ventilation??? THAT made no sense to me.I remember sending in a complaint a week or so after moving in about the smell of smoke seeping into not only my own, but my toddlers bedroom. The smell of smoke was also prevalent in the hallways and stairwells of the apartment complex (so basically you’re always being exposed to it).I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it because there was no rule against smoking within apartment units. I ended up having to buy air purifiers for every room just to alleviate and reduce any second-hand smoke exposure.After 3 years and now on the way to moving out, coincidentally they recently decided that they were FINALLY going to instate a smoke-free environment (starting 2022)! Smoking will be prohibited both on community grounds AND within apartment units.If I was a new resident, my rating would probably be 4 stars:- Staff is very nice- Community is friendly- Units are good (with in-suite laundry)- Area is fine (but if you’re closer to the railroad tracks get ready to be woken up at odd times in the night by trains)- Rent pricing is okayBut since I’m a soon to be previous resident, with my one and only complaint only now being dealt with (3 YEARS later and only being implemented AFTER I’ve moved out). My rating is 2 stars.

I love living here. It's so quiet, respectful and everyone is kind. Staff at the leasing office are just amazing wonderful people and very understanding as well go above and beyond. My apartment is beautiful, the whole place is kept so nice and clean. Well maintained, I couldn't say enough good things! You couldn't possibly be disappointed living here. I would prefer non smoking but other than that it's so nice to live here.
