Smartwheel provides excellent service, I have purchased two Electric Unicycles from them. I purchased my first EUC (kingsong KS 14D BLK) in April of 2021 then after learning how to ride an EUC decided to purchase the Kingsong S22 in January of 2022 arriving in July of 2022 due to supply issues during covid. There was a motor recall for the S22 and I experienced a motor clicking sound in August so I took it in for repair. Then in April of 2023 I brought the wheel in to have the sliders installed. A recommendation by Kingsong and the community. Each time my experience has been positive. They communicate via text and the service was always quick and efficient. I live west of Burlington about an hour and a half away and each time arranging drop off or pickup has been smooth. I recommend working with the Smartwheel team.

Revlew 2 (2023): Recently my master ( V2 ) blew, while I wasn't even riding it. When contacting smart wheel, they immediately tried to find a solution. Once I was able to diagnose the problem, the main board, in under 2 weeks, a new one arrived at my shop. Installed and works perfect.smart wheel customer service continues to amaze, Neil and Babar work tirelessly for customer satisfaction, I have already preordered my next wheel with them !!Highly recommended !!!Review 1 (2022): Impeccable customer service! So far I have 4 EUCs from them. I got the last one in Oct 22, and I didnt have a lot of time to check it out and 3600wh take a lot of time to charge and discharge. Anyways, it took me until Mar 23 to trouble shoot something - and then the mobo died. I reached out to them (it took a day or two sometimes via email), got a warranty replacement board in 6 weeks from china, and am riding happily again. Just in time for the spring and summer season.Thanks

So far so good! Third EUC purchased through them and a great experience each time.. Waiting on upgrades offered by the manufacturer of my third wheel and SW says they will pass these on when they arrive. No eta on arrival, but it is great of them to pass on the free upgrades to existing owners!

Finding Nutcase helmets reasonably priced online is not exactly easy. When I found one I liked at Smartwheel Canada there was a small issue in the description with the sizing. After contacting them about it, I got a quick reply and the issue was also resolved quickly. Once I could make an order with the proper size, my helmet arrived within a couple of days. Very happy with my plum coloured helmet, thank you!

Communication on the start and end of the week is not good. Best to call or text between Tuesday and Thursday. They are not an official segway dealer, so if you have an issue you're stuck dealing with segway customer service. The staff I spoke with where friendly and sold me my scooter tax free during their promotion. They where up front about returns and service. I gave a 3 star because of product availability(said in stock but that didn't mean it was at the store) and communication but if you live in Burlington you can just stop by. Decent experience, I would shop there again.

Smartwheel was disorganized, and communication ceased once they had my payment.I first applied for the advertised 0% interest financing on their website. The next day, I was informed that they would only offer 0% interest financing on the full value of the scooters, with no applicable sale discounts. Concluding that it wasn't worth it, I decided to purchase a Vessi 9+ outright instead. I confirmed via text message that the scooter was in stock and was assured that delivery to my address would take 4-5 business days. I ordered later that same morning.Unexpectedly, the following day I received an email stating, Now we are offering 0% financing up to 18 months even on promotional prices of the products." I found it strange that their policy had changed overnight. Concurrently

They’re so honest and kind!!I bought an e-scooter two weeks ago. They told me that there is a gap between actual spec and the product description. Because of that, I believe I could make the right decision:)Today, I visited them again because I knocked it over and the handle was slightly bent. And a clerk said to try to fix it for free. Also, they reply text message soon and take care a lot when I asked them something!
