He managed to convert what was a straight service request to an enjoyable social visit as well. I used Da Costa Plumbing to install a toilet and Shower diverter. I was really pleased with the work Adrian did. He was efficient and thorough. Before the new toilet was mounted he pointed out some underlying problems with the mounting plate being recessed below the tile floor level. He explained this could hamper the sealing of the new toilet and possibly result in leaking. The issue was addressed properly and not just as a quick bandaid repair (original toilet had 2 wax gaskets to create the seal). He questioned the issue we were having with the shower diverter and investigated further. His investigation found a slow leak behind the shower tiles at the shower head connections. This was also addressed along with the new diverter. Everything is working well. Adrian is very pleasant. He works very efficiently and does not cut corners. I was very happy he thoroughly evaluated our situations and corrected less than ideal workmanship from the original work. I will definitely be using Da Costa plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.
