I had some custom cabinets built for my business, they turned out beautiful and the work was done super efficiently exactly how we planned. When we built our home we chose Magnus and his team at Castello to create the extensive custom millwork that ran throughout the house. The service that they provided was exceptional and the finished product is outstanding, Communication throughout the project was excellent. During the initial design process Rob went through every detail with us and made suggestions that ultimately enhanced the original design. This made the space more functional, added creative storage solutions and ultimately reduced costs. Some rooms required custom painted cabinetry to match existing fixtures and the colour match was perfect. Every Castello employee that came to site was thoughtful, considerate, able to answer any questions and took the time to tidy up after each visit. Very much appreciated and highly recommended!

I built a ski chalet at big white for a customer from Australia. Magnus gave us a price for supply and install for all the cabinets for kitchen and bathrooms. I as the builder, to save my customer $25,000.00 +/-, decided to install the cabinets myself. He agreed and I received delivery of the flat packs. The flat packs were packed onto a pallet with no order of pieces. We had to unload all the pieces and methodically match left/right, top/bottoms etc. This took hours to accomplish. It was a fricken nightmare. I asked Magnus many times for help but his attitude was so bad. He refused to help me so I persevered assembled and installed the cabinets to the best of my ability. Message from Magnus:you are stressed out because you don't know what you are doing and are in way over your head. All I wanted was a little guidance. All the upper cabinets in the kitchen were built wrong. Some were rebuilt twice and were still wrong. The openings for the built in ovens were too small. I had to force up a shelf to make room for the ovens. There were multiple rails and drawer slides missing. It was a nightmare. I can add to the list but it just makes me angry. You can draw your own conclusion."

Castello Custom always does what they do best. Having them for the second time in our home for upgrades. An excellent job installing our custom made entertainment unit, custum cabinetry for bathroom, sewing room, and counter top for laundry room. Very professional staff, and extremely attentive to detail.

Magnus was reliable, professional and delivered high quality product. Any imperfections were quickly attended to as Magnus strives for customer satisfaction. Would definitely use this company again.

Needed a new kitchen. Appliances ordered and had an appointment for measurements but fellow had a bad cold. I asked for another appointment and was told Magnus would call me when his guy was feeling better. No phone call or appointment. VERY unprofessional! Went to Home Depot where I received kitchen of my dreams.
