Whistler Shuttle

Great service, reliable and comfortable transfer to and from Whistler and Vancouver. Collection and drop off to a number of convenient locations. This is the second time we have used this service and would definitely do so again.

I had a wonderful experience with Whistler Shuttle. The staff were amazing and our driver was the best. My flight was late from SF to Vancouver and the staff could not be more helpful and supportive. The vehicle was very comfortable and first class. Thank you to all of you for helping complete my journey to Whistler in comfort. After a long flight from Australia it was great to have you all meet and greet in such a friendly way. Service was first class.

Whistler shuttle was a nice and easy experience. They base your trip off your flight times. It seems this was the fastest way to get out to Whistler from Vancouver while being financially reasonable. Driver was super nice and courteous. I would use this again and definitely recommend to anyone who needs a shuttle to and from Whistler.

This service was very convenient. I was able to save money by not renting a car to get up to Whistler. There is room for improvement. After I checked in with the desk at the airport, I was not on the list for the 2pm bus up the mountain, after being told that was my bus. I ended up speaking with 5 different reps, including a phone call to their customer service, to figure out which bus I was on. After 1.5 hours, someone finally “got me on a list”. The ride back was much better. The driver Larry was awesome. He’s professional, friendly, informative, funny, and got us comfortable back to the airport. He was the most delightful person I interacted with at this company. As convenient as this service was, I will shop around before booking them for my next trip.

Wonderful experience. The staff were so friendly and made all arrangements easy. The bus was also on time and the driver did a great job. Would use this service again for sure!

Excellent serviceMy flight was delayed 2 hours, no problem. Seats were very comfortable and reclined. More comfortable than economy seats on a plane. Transferred with ample time in both trips. I had a connection to a private home in Whistler and there were no problems with drop off and pick up. Definite 5 stars.

The driver was incredibly rude, was driving erratically and distracted talking on the phone for a portion of the drive. Very unprofessional. Would have given 0 stars if there was an option.

I had a booked reservation to take a shuttle from whistler to the Vancouver airport. They called to confirm and asked if wanted to change the pick up location. After being in a whistler for a week I found a closer pick up stop from our Airbnb. I told them of the change and was there to be picked up at 4:30 in the morning and they never showed. I had to pay $325 for a cab ride that morning.After talking to the resort for a week they said there is no phone record of that and that I am on my own.TERRIBLE SERVICE!!Had the best time on the slopes and they ruined a perfect trip by blaming it on me for them not changing the pick up location.
