I chose Global Tax and Accounting because of some stellar radio ads. I had the sense that this was an organization that I could use to grow my knowledge and stability while doing this necessary task. I was right. Don't hesitate to stop in here and clear up any qualms you have about your tax situation. Rates are reasonable, conversations are open. Weirdly, Kaliana even makes doing your taxes fun!

I cant say enough good things about Global Tax & Accounting. Exceptionally friendly and knowledgable staff. They're great rates also makes tax season a breeze. Will not go anywhere else. 10/10 recommend.

Very limited knowledge of the tax system. My tax return has been considered basic" for years before moving to Ponoka. They wanted to charge me $1350 for the same type of return that I've had in past vs their advertised $55. When I found out I asked for my information back. They had not completed the return and held me hostage with a $575.00 bill to get my return back so I could have it done elsewhere. 3 reputable firms I spoke with were a fraction of the cost Global wanted. They obviously did not know what they were doing and took the opportunity to gouge me. I definitely do not recommend this firm."

Kind, professional and willing to explain things as well. I had plenty of new stuff" come up in my life that made taxes daunting. I came away from it feeling relieved and calmer: the taxes were done very well and I learned some things I needed to know going forward. I highly recommend Global Tax and Accounting."

I refuse to go anywhere else; Global Tax is absolutely amazing for helping to make this time of they year as stress free as possible! We have never had an issue going there after 3 years of having Kali do our taxes. We always enjoy going in as staff are the kindest! Kali remembers us personally everytime and it makes this experience so warming!

All the ladies are wonderful! Kaliana the first year you took us under your wing, we had so much to learn, but you were always patient with us. Always looking out for our best interests, and always teaching us the next step. You definitely know how to look after our taxes and we thank you and now Linda every year! My husband and I decided to try doing our taxes elsewhere this year. We picked this place and are happy we did. Kaliana was very personable, honest, explained everything and even sent us to find receipts for extra tax help. Besides being less expensive then places we have used in Red Deer she was awesome. Definitely will be back thanks Kali :)
