The staff seem nice but are not empowered to make up for their mistakes. I had to drive an hour and waste my time and gas money to come back and fix a mistake that they made. I politely asked for a discount on one of their used games to make up for it and was refused. That's just not good customer service.

A good general place for your gaming needs. However if you are looking for limited edition or exclusive items it will be gone or have none in stock so don't rely on this place for that.

The person that was in there today was very helpful. My curious 3 year old asked him a question and very helpfully looked it up, knowing that he wouldn't find it, but he did it for her, and that made her whole day. So thank you very much!

Just called this location looking for a game to be shipped to another store close to me as the one I bought was in rough shape. Spoke to Amanda on the phone after a brief hold she found me the replacement, took some info and assured me that she would get it shipped asap. Very pleased with Amanda's service!
