I both trained and taught Karate with Adam for over a decade and I can honestly say that there would be very few who are more dedicated, capable and committed to teaching Karate than Adam. I highly recommend Adam and am confident his Dojo will be an example of the excellent leader and teacher that he is.

My 6 year old has been attending classes for 2 years and wants to go, any chance he can get! Sensai Adam is an amazing teacher in both Karate and in every day situations. He helps the kids set goals and teaches them self discipline while also making it fun!!

Having trained with Sensei Adam over the past year, I can tell you he is a great instructor with plenty of experience! BMS Keswick is the karate school to learn traditional Shotokan Karate. His training methods are thoughtful and definitely every belt is earned. I would highly recommend BMS Karate.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Sensei Adam is at BMS Karate! I have put my children in many activities and have never enjoyed watching them as much as I do in his classes. He thinks outside of the box as to how he is going to train the kids to also make it fun for them. Every class is new, different and exciting. My girls are shy and don’t open up to many people but they are very comfortable with him and love going to his classes. The are feeling a sense of achievement every class and are gaining a lot of confidence.Thank you Adam for all that you do!!

Adam Staley taught me and my son Karate for about 5 years. I could not have asked for a better instructor who would push you to your limits and beyond while having fun doing it. Adam has now opened his karate school and I wanted to give a big thumbs up and encourage anybody who wants to learn from a great teacher to go to Adam's

BMS Karate Keswick will be the dojo where your child can begin and continue to learn, train and grow for years to come. Sensai Adam taught both my kids for years and was instrumental in them receiving their black belts. His dedication to the success of his students is what makes him a great teacher.

Sensai Adam is an amazing instructor, knowledgeable and very patient with kids.My 4 years old son loves going to his class because its so fun.He taught not even the karate but also discipline ,being focused and trying to achieve the goals which is so important for kids.We are so lucky to have BMS karate in our town.

My son has practiced different styles of martial arts for 6 years and BMS karate is his all time favorite!! BMS karate is very spacious (which is great right now with covid) and extremely clean! Classes keep my son active, concentrated and having fun! I highly recommend BMS karate no matter your age or experience Sensai Adam is a fantastic teacher.

Sensei Adam is a fantastic instructor, both my boys loved going to his classes because it was fun. They got so much benefits from practicing karate but the people there make a difference too.
