Had Bill over to our home today. Great service, thorough service. Very neat worker and it took 2 hours as our problem had multiple sites. All and all very satisfied and his service fee is most reasonable.

Was referred to AquaJet by a local company. Glad I called them. I was able to book them for same-day service. Bill was great to speak with on the telephone, and was prompt, courteous, and efficient when he got here to fix our shower drain. I'd recommend them for people in the Lincoln / Grimsby area.

Aquajet was recommended by a friend who said Bill was a really good honest guy. So I hired him. Very nice, professional, courteous, and worked to ensure my drain was free and clear of obstructions because my 60 year old drain was a challenge for him.I highly recommend Aquajet.

There should be a higher rating for Bill and his company!! His knowledge, workmanship and honesty are beyond compare!! He arrived when he said he was going to, surpassed my expectations on the work he did, and I learned a lot from him. He gave me excellent recommendations for what I could do to avoid having this same problem happen again. Did I forget to mention how pleasant he was?The price he quoted me, (which was better than most companies), was to the penny what I paid. Except I had everything cleaned, (with the water jet), out of my pipes instead of just a quick fix, (snaking). I guess that makes the price way better than all of them. Why anyone would call any of the Rooter companies over Aquajet is beyond me... there is no comparison!!!

These guys are great. Fast and friendly service. Very trustworthy. We’ve had to have them out to our house twice in the last few months and each time they were able to get here in less than a day and resolve the issue. Very happy with their work.

Had to deal with an urgent scenario, Bill was incredibly helpful. His expertise and professionalism is off the charts. A super nice man, who works his tail off to help his customers. If you ever have a concern regarding septic or sewer, you must call him. Unbelievable service! Thanks Bill.

Aquajet is amazing. We had a problem with our septic bed and were thrilled to learn of the service Aquajet provides. Bill, the owner, is genuinely one of the kindest and most competent individuals I have ever worked with. Bill visited to assess the situation within one day of my inquiry and then attended with his camera to explore further. He diagnosed the issues (missing baffle and a plugged septic bed) in one visit and co-ordinated the work to be completed. Bill went above and beyond to assist- we have a steep ravine, but that did not discourage him. Bill saved us over 20k by utilizing his water jet system to unplug the septic bed and personally replaced the absent baffle. If you have a problem with your septic system, or pipes, I strongly recommend reaching out to Bill to see if he may be able to assist you too.Sincerely,Jen Lister
