Amazing service. I use the scooter everyday for the commute to work. I feel like they should sell gloves as well, I was going so fast that my hands were really cold.

Very approachable and helpful staff. Great quality bikes and are definitely worth the price. They even stayed open an hour longer to help me fix my bike when my bike got wrecked.

Bought their Road bike and I love it. I have a name brand Specialized road bike as well and I like the RIDR bike way better. What's funny is that I never get compliments on my Specialized bike but I've already had two people tell me nice bike" about my new RIDR bike lol. If you know anything about bikes

We walked in to look around even though we didn't know anything about electric scooters or motorcycles. Steve did a great job of listening to our needs and providing us with options. He collaborated with us to modify the bike to fit our demands and price range. He was extremely educated and patient.If you need anything for an electric bike, I would highly suggest this company!
