Leased a car here and when I wanted to buy out the car, I am no longer a valued customer. Horrible customer service and they even joked about having a cancer (really low taste). I'd save your time and dignity and go to other Kia dealerships.

Great experience with Plaza Kia and especially dealing with their Sales Specialist Richard Harvey. It was my first car purchase in Canada andRichard was beyond helpful with putting me in touch with brokers and explaining the whole process to me. He kept in constant contact with me while waiting for the car to arrive and was happy to assist my broker when needed.I highly recommend!!

Yahya as super helpful and responsive to all our questions. He made suggestions and always followed up with us in a timely manner. Although we ended up not buying here, he was a pleasure to deal with and will gladly recommend him.

We recently financed a Kia Sportage and the sales team ruined the experience. My husband and I will not be returning to this location.We were partnered with Richard in sales. He showed interest in helping us until we placed the deposit after which he stopped answering phone calls and emails even when he would promise to send us certain information or answer questions.The colour of a car is important to many buyers and Richard promised to take our choices and lock them in however forgot to mention until paperwork is signed that he locked us down for a colour that we did not want at all.After pick up the next morning we noticed that the ownership and plates provided to us did not belong to us and were under the name of a random person. If we were stopped by the cops we would not even be able to prove that the car belongs to us.When fixed 2 weeks later we checked in with Service as we were told that Richard placed an order for a tow package we were told by service that Richard placed no such service.They found the parts and provided the service that same day although 1 part was missing so we received an incomplete service with a part still missing.We met Richard that day and surprise he pulls out my husbands drivers license out of his pocket and asks if “we are missing something”! No attempts were made to reach us or to return our drivers license.The only person who actually made our experience bearable was Sandra in Finance. She was the only person who was good at her job.Absolutely terrible service. Richard deserves to be shown how to provide adequate customer service and how to deal with clients in a way that does not ruin their experience. If we pay that much money for a car we should expect to be treated with respect.

I just bought a 2022 Kia Sportage from this location. Yahya the sales person was excellent. He had good knowledge of the cars and treated me and my husband very nicely. Sandra who take care of our financing is also very knowledgeable and approachable. She answered to all our queries and gave me a great warranty. I would highly recommend this dealership. I will buy again from here

Bought my son's first car at Plaza Kia and we had a great experience. We worked with Humayun and Sandra (finance) - they are both excellent staff.Everything was great from start to finish, extremely kind and professional. Wonderful and welcoming service.I would recommend this dealership!

visited for an oil change, but service #1 added $33 for an inspection of 11 points. What would you say if you were checking 11 points?They said it was a maintenance schedule and told me to do this and that, so I said I was going to work because I didn't have time, so I asked for three simple things, and they easily said that it was a little over $500. .Now, if there is a problem, there is no need to come here again because the warranty is not covered.☆every 36,000km need rear and front differential service for 4 wheel drive... is that make sense?

Terrible service, me and my husband went to check a car there and ask for a trade in value for our current vehicle. They came up with a very low value which is fine, however, the way the dealer spoke to us and the attitude is very insulting, making us feel so uncomfortable and offended. You can give us suggestion like maybe sell the car privately. But this guy, I am telling you, he will give you the attitude right away. Won’t get back to this location anymore.

When it was time to change my car, a dealer named Shelly, whom I first met at the Plaza Kia, greeted me with a smile. So, I started consulting pleasantly and she handled my request for a quote several times without any inconvenience. And we were able to sign the deal we were thinking of. Thanks to the dealer Shelly for that.

Thursday June 29 I spoke with lady from sales department (I don't remember her name) regarding to buy a new Kia. She said that I can come July 1 (Canada day) and order a car, also, she gave me her cell number and asked me text before arriving. I was asking her 3 times will dealership work July 1 or not, she said yes. I texted at Friday and Sunday, but she didn't respond, I called and she didn't respond too. Now I am in front of the main enter and of course it is closed. Thank you that you broke all my plans. Will I visited this dealership? 110% NO
