Had no appointment, but got my hair cut as soon as I walked in. It was fast and the guy did exactly as I asked.

It's been four weeks since I visited this place. Extraordinary service, the staff is really nice. Once reopened, I'll come back no doubt. Hace cuatro semanas, visité este lugar. El servicio es extraordinario y el personal realmente amable. Una vez vuelva a abrir sus puertas, voy a volver sin duda.

El mejor lugar que he podido encontrar, lo recomiendo ojos cerrados, es en el único lugar en donde lograron hacerme el trabajo que yo quería, precios bastante justos.

I went today to get a change of hair color. I got there and nobody at the entrance had welcomed me. I was ok with that since I know they open at 10 am. My appointment was at 10:30 am. I arrived and there were 3 staff members. The person that had welcomed me mentioned it would take 20 minutes to start the procedure because he arrived late today and that the other hairstylist was busy for the moment while laughing. After 30 minutes of me waiting I finally asked if they would take longer, as they answered: do you have limited time?Nothing but direspect and after 20 minutes he mentioned it would take him 15 more minutes and then he would be with me.After finally approaching me, the person that was busy finally said it would take 4 hours for the whole process to happen. When he told me that, it was already 11:50 am. 1 hour and 20 minutes after when my appointment was scheduled. Please do not go to this place if you have some self respect, they will crearly not care about your time and make jokes about how they don't care about people's time. If I could give a 0 a I would. Worst customer Service in town. I'm really sad since it is a Latino service and I wanted to support the community.

Neyton is the best. Cheap and always the best cut. Been going there for years and would definitely recommend.
