Ryder Truck Rental

I have been renting from Ryder for a long time and they have had some challenges in the rental department in the past. However the new guys working there are fantastic especially Nayel ,always ready to help and take you out of a bind. The whole team is customer service driven. Thank you for all your help

I've rented a few times from here and had a good experience! This was the first time renting during the pandemic and a different (smaller) truck than I normally get. Normally they walk you around and show you everything. This time I was told to stay in the lobby, passed the keys and sent on my way. It was not the customer service I came to expect from here.That aside, I love renting from here. Trucks are always well maintained and clean. I've never had an issue with them and will continue renting them when they are needed.

I made a reservation with this company in May for a REFER truck that we needed for an event in late July. The DAY OF pick up they phoned to tell me that the truck that they were going to give us hadn't been returned yet. After pointing out that the food for our event to feed 300 people was on its way and what was i supposed to do they agreed to rent a bigger truck for the same price as the other one.Then they call back a few hours later to tell me that they can't get the refrigerator part of the truck working and they have nothing else to offer.WHY MAKE A RESERVATION! They left me high and dry with nothing but an apology for terrible management of their trucks and reservation system.Offering to make it right" after our event is over is not very helpful"

Super easy and economical to rent a truck. Truck was in great condition. Renting a truck from Ryder made my day so much better. Highly recommended! please ask for Nayel, 5 stars all around !

I just called this company to ask for a truck and the guy that picked up the phone would not even let me speak. I asked for a particular size of truck and he said they didn’t have it and hung up on me. When I called back he rudely asked if I wanted the truck they had or not. When I said I wanted to speak with his manager, he tried to be nice. Turns out the actually had the other size of the truck I asked for. It was a horrible first experience with Ryder.

Trucks are well maintained and vehicles run smoothly. Never had an issue with Ryder.
