Zaid at Telus Koodo was beyond helpful and amazing for helping me connect my kids smart watch devices when I had no where else to go. Had a terrible experience at this location with Mitchell. Previously we had met with Zaed and he was terrific. Mitchell refused to help us and when I asked for his supervisor he flat out refused to share the information.
