I use to be afraid of the dentist but ever since my visit and experience here I've had nothing but a 10 star service, when dealing with those in the office of Pacific Coast Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery! From my first procedure well over 10 years ago to my last one just a few weeks ago I am so pleased with how well everything went at this office. The staff are super friendly lead by Miranda at reception who went above and beyond the call of service to make sure I was okay when dealing with some complications from some unrelated health issues. They didn't have to care about me but they truly did and for that I can't thank you enough for the high level of customer service and appreciation I have for the whole team at Pacific Coast Oral! I would like to say Dr.Aidelbaum is the best Oral Surgeon I've had the pleasure to work with and I cant thank you enough Good Doctor for being so great at what you do! Don't just take it from me, I highly recommend anyone to go in and see their high level of professionalism along with the amazing care at this Office for themselves!! Dr. Aidelbaum and his staff were amazing during my wisdom teeth surgery. They made sure I was aware what was happening through each step and ensured I left safely with aftercare instructions. The process was effortless, I was more than relieved to be at home healing with minimal pain. The staff was incredibly kind and took good care of me as well as Dr. Aidelbaum. Very professional and would recommend, they know what they're doing here ! :D

I never write reviews but my experience with Dr. Chen was so good, I had to share. A week after delivering my baby, I got terrible wisdom tooth pain. I booked in with Dr. Chen and got fit in for a consultation right away. Dr. Chen was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very caring. I had lots of questions and he didn’t make me feel rushed, and he answered all my questions very thoroughly. The office staff and Dr. Chen did their best to fit me in for surgery right away, as I was in so much pain. Every other office I had called said it would be at least a month wait. The day of the procedure everything went very smoothly, very timely. All the staff, nurses and Dr. Chen made me feel so comfortable. I was very nervous beforehand but I felt calm after talking to everybody. The day of, after the surgery, Dr. Chen called me to check in and make sure everything was good. I had no pain! Just a bit of discomfort. This was very important to me, as I was breastfeeding and did not want to take painkillers and I didn’t need them at all. My follow up checkups went great, and everything healed nicely. I couldn’t say enough positive things about Dr. Chen and his team! He is a very skilled surgeon!

I can’t stress enough how great this clinic is. Starting from reception all the girls are very kind and Dr Chen is great and very knowledgeable. I called on a Friday and after I received my referral they gave me an appointment for Monday for a consultation and Dr Chen was very professional and explained everything to me and because my Wisdom teeth had given me so many issues they were able to book me in for my surgery the next day. The day of the surgery everything went very smooth, I was scared because it was my first time being put under but the nurses were kind and so was Dr Chen. I fell asleep right away and next thing I know I was awake and it was all done. Had my 4 wisdom teeth taken out and I have very minimal to no pain and my face is not very swollen. I highly recommend Dr Chen he really knows what he’s doing. He also called me after hours to check up how I was doing which was great because I had a couple of questions and he answered them all. Very happy with my experience

Best dentist experience ever. I was referred here by my dentist to remove my wisdom tooth. I went in for an initial appointment and Dr. Martin told me what to except. I was booked in after 1.5 week for the suregery. They started with a covid test (my 1st ever in 2 years) followed by taking me the OT. The nurses were very understanding and took good care of me. Post surgery they called my wife to check on me if i was doing fine.What else I can ask for? Great service and highly recommended

My visits to Dr Jason Chen have been frequent over the past 3 years. I appreciate his thoroughness to work through my medical circumstances. I would recommend him to anyone needing a Doctor that they can trust!Thank you to the office staff as well- my visits are more enjoyable because of their friendliness!

I had an absolutely amazing experience! The staff and assistants were all very friendly and the environment was really comfortable. The consultation was incredibly detailed and Dr. Chen provided a lot of advice, making the procedure, for getting all 4 wisdom teeth removed, much less daunting. The actual surgery went by so smoothly and the aftercare was so much better than I expected! Dr. Chen called later on in the week to make sure that the recovery was proceeding well, which was highly appreciated. It was way more than what I would have ever expected; I strongly recommend coming here :) They are the best!

Dr. Chen is incredibly kind and considerate. I have a fair bit of dental anxiety and he’s always been thoughtful and thorough with me. The receptionists are also super kind and helpful as well. Would recommend this office/Dr. Chen to anyone.

AMAZING STAFF!!!! everyone made me feel so welcome, so safe, and felt so comfortable being there, great experience, I got my wisdom teeth taken out and felt no pain! Amazing dr.Chen, and the receptionists! All of them are amazing very nice and patient
