I have known the owners of this company, Amar and Jolly since 2006. They are great people and their main focus in business is customer service and safety. Innisfil Taxi has consistently helped many senior patients get to and from their appointments at our chiropractic clinic, always with good reviews. Beyond that, they also strive to be a true member of the community by taking part in community events, contributing to local charities, etc.

Called for a cab, told 15 minute pick up. After standing outside for 30 minutes I called again. Maybe another 15 to 20 minutes and attitude. I’ll never use them again. There’s two other taxi companies in town that actually communicate with their drivers.

Friendly service, but I must say will not be taking this service again as I find it charges way too much by time or distance does not matter if you sit the car for5 mins and end up paying 30$!?!? Insane and a rip off. Will be downloading Uber now as people say it’s way cheaper!

Great company, the drivers are friendly they show up no matter how late you call or if you are a bit far they still have accommodated me many many times. I'll continue to call them as long as I take taxi's

Fast courteous service every time I have called this company.They even called me to assure my friend got home safely which was very much appreciated. Nice to have a company that goes that extra mile. It gives me piece of mind to know I can rely on them, they really do care about the customers. Their driver also ensured I was safely in my door before leaving. Makes all the difference to know the commitment to my safety is sincere. Hats off to you all at innisfil taxi I have no problem recommending your service to anyone.

Just took a taxi and the driver apparently decided to take the scenic route instead of the direct, straight down route to make the fare more expensive. It cost me over $25 when it should have been way less than that. I didn't realize what was happening until it was too late. I will NOT be using this taxi service again. Not happy.

Took twenty minutes to arrive, it was hard to tell the car was a taxi even from a short distance, the driver didn’t know where my house was based on the address (asked me for directions half way through the trip), the car was very shabby, and it was more expensive than an Uber.This is why Uber took over the market. I’d rather walk the half hour trip home than call this or any taxi service again.
