Four Points by Sheraton Lévis Convention Centre

Linda from front desk was exceptional. She was very welcoming and informative during the check-in process.The room was very large and spacious. I had no issues with cleanliness and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that it could use more art to fill in the empty wall space.There was no restaurant in the hotel, but plenty of food options within walking distance.If you are looking for a hotel in Levis, this is the place.

The reception desk employee was uninterested in clients. We weren’t properly greeted — got a “yes?” after waiting for multiple minutes and we were the only ones in the lobby.Got to my room and noticed it had not properly been cleaned prior to my arrival. I went back to the lobby and had to wait for the same lady to finish counting her register before addressing me. I asked for a new room, and was told it was surprising that the room was dirty. I got to the new room, which was on the same floor but still dirty with chips on the floor and stains on the bed.

The location is a bit outside of Old Québec if that is your target destination but can't find any flaws about the hotel itself. Very clean, great staff and overall a marvelous stay.

I really appreciate the service I received tonight from the front desk. My mom had a upset stomach and needed some hot water at 1am. With all food service in the area closed and no where to seek hot water in the middle of the night , I went down to the front desk for assistance. The lady on duty is kind and quickly provided me with some hot water. This is a wonderful experience and I really appreciate her help.

Everything was fine. Expensive and lacking the bar and restaurant that show up in pics. Probably haven't come back since COVID. Also tv system doesn't support any streaming services which doesn't align with current hotels in this price range.Sorry the response from the hotel below is a waste of time cut and paste. No real compassion.

Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. Lots of free outside parking spots and complementary coffee tea service in the morning. Spacious and contemporary room. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed at the Four Points Levis on Friday June 16, 2023. Around 7 PM I was returning to the hotel with food when a man met me at the door and would not let me into the building. This man exits the hotel with his arm out blocking me from going into the building saying “come with me”. I said “I’m not going anywhere with you” and he started accusing me of hitting his car with mine. Saying he watched me from his hotel room. I couldn’t even understand half of what he was saying. He would not let me in the hotel, blocking me with his body from taking steps. I wasn’t understanding what was going on but I knew this was not a safe situation. I push past him and get to the desk and I loudly say “I NEED A MANAGER WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE WITH THIS MAN. HE IS HARASSING ME”.The hotel staff seemed very indifferent, unconcerned, and frankly, did not care. The man started talking to them in French, and no one was translating what was happening. All I know was I was unable to move, I was alone, there was a man who was angry, and no one was there to help me, make me feel safe, separate us, make me feel heard, or even cared.Security came and once again, everyone talked in french and then tried to get me to go to this mans vehicle. As you can imagine, being a woman, alone in the situation, with a language barrier, I did not feel comfortable going anywhere, especially with 3 men. My husband comes down looking for me, at which point everyone stopped talking to me all together, and security and the man go to look at the vehicles. No damage. Since I didn’t hit his car, which I said multiple times.I received no apology, no reassurance, absolutely nothing more than feeling like this was a hassle. I am not looking for an apology, but I am looking for better training for your staff to protect patrons, specifically women alone who verbally keep saying this man is harassing me" and specifically "I don't feel safe"

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom had a big bathtub which was great. Due to covid the cleaning was paused in between stays. At one point the hotel ran out of towels but they were nice enough to get two for us as we had used all of ours from the room. The staff was pleasant, friendly and courteous.When I booked the hotel on the Marriott app the hotel seemed closer to downtown but it took about 30 to 40 minutes to get there. Overall a pretty good stay even though there is no restaurant for breakfast on site. They did provide coffee and there is a Tim Hortons 3 minutes away!

Absolutely loved the stay here, receptionist was very nice, greated me as a preferred member and upgraded the room. The room is super spacious, well designed and clean. Definitely recommended!
