D&D Muffler

VERY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLYJust called this place D&D muffler shop to ask about installing exhaust cut outs was told they dont do it anymore. So i tried to ask when they use to install how much did he charge and the guy started raising his voice and wont tell me what he use to charge so i had an estimate what it would cost if i went somewhere else i wouldnt get ripped off.THESE PPL ARE VERY RUDE UNFRIENDLY

The brothers here are quick and efficient. Just called in and saw if they were free to take a look. Got a quick quote and amazing price. Hope they continue their great business for a long time.

I was in urgent need of car muffler welded and they answered the call right away. They worked on my car immediately and got the job done. Literally will be my go to people from now on. They are good team.

This place is a pure unprofessionalism! When I entered the shop the owner (guy with glasses who look like Mater from The Cars) told me that he will be with me shortly, he then came back to me after 45 minutes told me to drive my car back in the shop then made me wait there another 45 minutes!! Why i was waiting? because he was taking people who didn’t even wait and know them in and not me. Is he was busy? Hell No! He was just standing under the cars and talking with his firends not even about the job! Doing nothing basically. I told him just give me a price range for the job, he’s telling me no I have to jack up the car there’s no way. Everyone who’s experienced in the industry knows that you can at least give a price range if not full price for such a light job that I had that day but no he wants me to wait almost 2 hour for only seeing my car. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THEM AS AN OPTION! Go somewhere else and save yourself tons of time.

A big portion of my exhaust fell off due to badly rusted pipes in two areas. Attached it with coat hangers and drove it to D and D. Was on the weekend and they were super busy (no appt.). Less than an hour wait and my car was up on a hoist, and was given a very reasonable price to repair. 30 minutes later, I was on my way and my car hasn't sounded this quiet in years. Great job. Highly recommend.

The service I received at D&D muffler was outstanding. They welcomed me in and made sure I was comfortable. I was having some major exhaust issues and without hesitation the team of guys got to work and had my exhaust completely repaired/replaced in less than an hour and it cost way less than what I thought it would cost. Couldn't ask for better service

A well stocked muffler shop. Clean too. I came to have a muffler installed on my SUV. I provided the muffler and they did the install. Very happy with the outcome and the pricing.

Was sick and tired of high end shops charging ridiculous amounts just to simply take off my stock exhaust and put on my AWE Track exhaust on my S3, took it to these guys, it took about 30 mins for the whole process and they charged me a very fair and reasonable price.They are very knowledgeable about exhausts since that’s what they specialize in, and so the simple swap was super easy for them.I recommend them for any kind of exhaust work.

The guys are awesome! The mechanics are very detailed gave there assessment fairly and did a clean job. I was recommended by my brother's friend and definitely recommend to others. Thanks Harold and the rest of the team for a great service
