Having the worst experience ever with them and much harm has been done to me and my family and loved ones. They were fired & terminated from our building (& for criminal activity). Will let everyone know if my personal situation with them gets resolved with kindness and common decency and common courtesy or if I have to escalate or not with an edit here and post it publicly and the news. Have a great day!

If I could put 0 stars I would. We’ve moved into a new building managed by Associa, we have been here for 2 months and have had constant emails back and fourth about setting up our buzzer. Our emails have been ignored and our buzzer has still not been set up. I have called and left multiple voicemails and no one has returned my calls. Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with, and I will be bringing this up with our strata council.

I moved into a building managed by this company less than 2 weeks ago and it has been an absolutely pathetic experience with these guys. They are never reachable, especially our building manager, Alex Gefter. I must have called him a 100 times and every time it goes to his voicemail. The customer service people are so hard to get a hold of as well.My Amazon package was stolen from my condo door and this company won’t do anything as there are no cameras in the hallway. When I found out that someone had parked their car in my allotted stall, they actually told me to call a towing company myself and get it towed which was absolutely disgusting and hilarious at the same time. They are simply ripping people off. They charge $311 a month and this is what they do. Seriously good luck dealing with guys. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

This review is specific to the education seminars we have attended through Associa BC. Yesterday, we attended the latest Associa BC Webinar on the CRF and Depreciation Reports. It was well organized and moderated by Laszlo Antal with informative presentations from a strata lawyer and Engineer. In less than 24 hours, all attendees were sent copies of the presentations, a link to the recorded audio, and a take-away summary. For those of us who are fairly new to strata living, these educational seminars are vitally important.

I have lived in the complex under Associa as the strata management for about 10months. The whole strata thing is new to me and was confusing a bit in the beginning. I initially had a hard time to get a hold of the front desk, although the person was very helpful once phone was answered. Now I can contact our manager Suneet directly, things are a lot smoother. She has been very helpful and kind. She is extremely easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

NW475 here. They opened up my drywall to fix a leak. That was more than A YEAR AGO. My wall is still not finished yet, and my wife and I fight every time we see the wall. And kids suffer as the result. Family life has been ruined for over a year over a friggin' wall. And whoever checks this review, don't tell me to email you directly, because I already did dozens of times and the manager Casper Chan never got things done. Yet, they have the guts to take the monthly maintenance fee like clockwork. The property manager is super-nice, but he is just another victim stuck in between angry tenants.

Got Associa in our new build complex and they have a complete lack of managing it, majority of the e-mails get ignored and at most with follow up 1 quote is provided.. Took more effort to manage the manager compared to just request quotes and do the work ourselves. When we decided to move on the director Fern Barker had the audacity to send a long insulting e-mail and blocking us from a quick smooth transition as the developer's contract locks us in for a year. Offered to release us if we paid the full amount due...Pure money grab be careful when you see the Associa name.

Simone is always a pleasure to speak with ~ Prompt, professional and continually goes the extra mile to solve problems with a smile. In this day and age of bots and voicemail, she brings warmth and personality to the job. Thank you for everything!Tenant, Bcs2436 Chaucer Hall

I wish I could say something positive about this strata management company, but the experience I had doesn't allow me to.This is about the water leak that occurred in my condo unit (top floor) and it is the second time this has happened. 2 years ago, the water leak appeared as the result of lack of maintenance/defect of the roof (exterior) and continuous rain. I called and emailed the manager (Associa) and didn't get a reply until weeks after the strata manager quit and another manager (Eugene) took over. This time, I emailed the strata manager (Eugene) right away (same day 13Jan2023 I spotted the leak), but I didn't know the manager no longer worked there until I got an email delivery failure notice. I then forwarded the email to my building manager (Blair), who didn't reply until I called him on 17Jan2023 -- 3 days after the leak. Then, I was told to contact the new strata manager (Joan). Lucky enough, I received a reply from Joan right away on 17Jan2023, then a call to me telling me she's dispatching a roofer to my unit for initial visit/assessment. And yes, a roofer showed up on 19Jan2023 and did the initial checkup in my unit. Afterwards, I have contacted Joan multiple times via phone/email trying to figure when the roof repair can get started yet without a success except a reply email on 19Jan2023 from Joan clarifying who's responsible for interior/exterior repair. I believe she has had the assessment report on hand (after the initial roof assessment done on 19Jan2023), but for some reason the communication has just paused there. The leak issue remains unfixed and it's expected to see more rains coming. Let's see how long it'd take this time before the strata manager can take any action.

Staff are extremely rude and upper management dont care.I reside in Garrison Crossing in Chilliwack and were served" (if you can call it that) by the Surrey branch. I raised a concern to upper management that one of their staff was extremely rude to me
