True Colours Products

True Colours is by and large the best quality for your money. Not only does my bun love the Farmer’s Secret Blend hay, he loves the variety of treats available. On top of their excellent products, their customer service is second to none. I could not recommend True Colours more!

I can't say enough good things about this business!! They first reached out on a social media post I made trying to find the right hay for my bun, he was picky. They raciously offered to drop me off some hay samples for him to try. With the trial we were able to narrow in on what he likes... It seems to be their farmers choice hay, he goes nuts for it. He went from eating no hay to eating a tonne over night thanks to their hay. From this, I out in an order. Delivery was when promised and they even threw in a freebie for the humans in our house. You can tell this is a business that cares for their customers and my bun loves their hay, win win for all. They've gained a customer for my buns life!

I honestly cannot say enough about True Colours. The customer service is unmatched, the quality of the products is incredible and the prices even including shipping are fantastic!!I have a picky chinchilla and she honestly cannot get enough of True Colours 2nd cut timothy hay, it is the only hay I will buy for her.

So glad I found this company! Owning a few rabbits, I go through so much Hay!!! Not only is this much more affordable then buying from big name pet stores but their customer service is unmatched! I had an issue with my order and they went above and beyond to make it right. They’re more then happy to answer any questions or make suggestions . Highly recommended getting the sample pack of hay for your small animals to be able to choose which type they prefer.
