My garage door opener cable broke, I called The Garage Door Doctor and 2 days later Caleb was here to repair it. He went above and beyond just repairing my broken cable, he made a couple of suggestions on how to make my garage door situation better and quickly got the job done. My garage door spring broke at 3:30pm. Called these folks right away. They were here in 20 minutes and had my springs replaced and adjusted by 4:20 pm. You just cannot beat that kind of service! Their technician Caleb definitly knew what he was doing and he made the job look easy - which I know it is not. Don't ever try to do this job yourself - call the Garage Door Doctor.

When I had problems with my door, I called for help and the person who answered asked a few questions about the symptoms. I described the problems including the bit I found on the ground. Help arrived really quickly and he fixed the problem. He explained what had happened and gave me information on the 'care and feeding' of the mechanism. He also changed the inside door lifting handle so that it wouldn't cut into my hand. Quick, efficient and very helpful. The cost was much less than anticipated. I definitely recommend this company.
