I was in there today and all the girls were very helpful and really made me feel comfortable as they could tell I was feeling nervous. Great store

I bought a Miss Bi yesterday, 24 Feb 2020 at 6pm. I'm writing this review today, 25 Feb at 1030 am. Anyway, toy not charged, of course, like any normal person would do when it is newly purchased, plug it in to charge when they get home . After it was fully charged, toy will not turn on. It NEVER DID until a couple tries. They sold me a defective one and will not take it back for returns! They said I had to contact Fun Factory for returns. It was a 200 dollar toy, and they could not even help me with the return.DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE. THEY SELL DEFECTIVE ONES, that will cost you an arm and a leg.

I was in the store today and the staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There is a wide selection of products and everything they sell is on display so you can see the size and quality of the items before purchasing. I will definitely be back and would recommend checking this store out!

This hush has a lot of variety and is better than the south-side one in my opinion. found some jaw dropping deals in their clearance section like a $200 vibe for $50, although clearance section is not always available. other than that, friendly staff and great selection. reasonable prices. recommended and I will be returning!

This place is very unfriendly and has terrible customer service. Employees are so stuck up towards you, refuse to give you actual client service and respond with an attitude when you ask questions about products. I was followed around by an associate, and when I tried some shoes on she would not even give me the space to walk around. Like don’t worry I’m not running out in these 8 inch heels. Very uncomfortable store to be in and they make you feel so unwelcome. Stay away there’s much better stores out there.

Placed an order at the end of August.Received incorrect item (possibly someone else's order?). Then was informed that they're out of the item I ordered. They gave me a couple of options. So I had to ask when are you expecting more stock (I can't believe I had to ask that). I was told two weeks. I'm fine waiting. Meanwhile, they want the incorrect item shipped back. I told them I'm happy to send it back once I receive my order.Two weeks pass, no update or anything. I ask again. They still have no stock. They want the incorrect item shipped back. I told them again, once I receive my order, I'll be happy to.Accused me of REFUSING to return incorrect item. Gave me a deadline otherwise they assume this issue is closed and that I'm happy. HUH? Still waiting for MY order. More like they're refusing to send me my order because I have an item incorrectly shipped to me.I have no printer or access to one in order to print off documentation so I can return the incorrect item (again, not my fault, not my mistake, an inconvenience etc). I suggest sending it back and refunding postage. Was told they can't do that, and that the only way to ship to back is via the documentation emailed to me. I repeat again the issue: I have no printer nor access to one. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for my order.I call their number because often talking to someone beats emailing by a mile. Robert was very helpful and understanding. I ask him what he wants to do to help me help them? I suggest printing off the documentation and mail it to me in an envelope. He said they cannot do that? I was surprised at this - easy solution with the cost of a stamp. However, he would ask.I am no longer interested in my order. I want it cancelled and refunded. I want to return this item to them and be DONE with this company.Robert updates me saying they'll send documentation to me.GREAT!However, it's been ten days and I've received nothing.They have my money and I have nothing. No refund. Nothing.Avoid this company.

My husband and I had such a nice experience at this store. It is a very clean space, well lit, kind and professional staff and plenty to choose from. We will certainly go back.

I had a very enjoyable experience here the other day. It was my first time in an adult shop or looking at toys and I was little nervous. The girl working there made me feel very comfortable and she had knowledge of the products I was looking at. A big thanks to her and truly a wonderful experience!
