Went in for an Air Cast after being on crutches due to a Ruptured Achilles. Salma was able to get me fitted and walking again. Satisfied and very happy.

I shop at Paris Orthotics for most all of my orthotic needs. I went in a few days ago, and no one approached to help me even the person at the front counter was dismissive.Eventually, somebody asked if I needed help. When I explained what I was looking for from my physiotherapist. The sales person who seemed disinterested and uninformed on the product I was looking to buy, he basically said “any of these will work”. I asked a few more additional questions (because my physio want me to get the proper item), with very little or no helpful feedback.I was sensing he was close to ending his shift and wanted to is to quickly shuffle me off. This is unlike past experiences at this location. It’s sad that customer service is dying.I’m off to shop at Kintec!!!

Have had multiple opportunities to purchase products from Paris everyBODY, and received customized orthotics from them as well. My experience of them was that they were/are professional, and efficient.

The staff is friendly, approachable, and genuinely invester in your well-being.They're found on Broadway and Burrard. It's pay parking, but you can find free 2 hrs if you can walk 2 minutes. I recommend giving them a try if you're struggling to find a solution to your sports injury problem.

I had a custom knee brace fitted by Ryley. He did a great job of explaining my options and helping me choose the best brace for my needs. When the brace arrived, Ryley took his time making sure I understood how it worked and how to make simple adjustments. He also made sure that I could take it on and off properly. It is working really well, and I am very happy with the service provided.

I recommend Paris everyBODY (Orthodics, etc), HUGELY, to everyone. I was told by my Dr that I may need a custom-made knee brace to correct my knee issue.(for $1000) I walked into Paris, without an appointment. I luckily was seen immediately, by Winston Brandt, who is so friendly, skilled and just exceptional. He analyzed my issue, and fitted me with a brace that they carry, that is perfect for my needs, and a perfect fit. He checked the fit with another expert there. I was so well taken care-of, for a fraction of the price. Thank You!

Ordered coreshorts online, only store to have the size I needed. Shipping was extremely fast and free, I require these due to hip injury that turned my groin muscle to spaghetti. And these gave me the stability and support to get back to sports very soon after recovery.

Recently I got a pair of custom foot orthotics at Paris everyBODY to alleviate the pain in my knees and feet. The person who helped me was Jo. It was such a wonderful experience that I must say that I am very much impressed not only by Jo's subject matter expertise in the diagnosis of the likely cause of the pain that I am experiencing, but also her warm and delightful personality that she immediately made me feel at ease. She did a thorough and detailed examination of my lower extremity and made many observations and recommendations in terms of what I should do going forward and answered all my questions.After getting my foot orthotics, she did several follow ups and made adjustments to make sure that I feel most comfortable with the product. Thank you so much Jo, for your exceptional customer service and professionalism. I am absolutely certain that I will not hesitate to go back to Paris everyBODY should I have any future needs.

This place is nothing but professional and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. I went in to get a thumb brace and Ryley knew exactly what I needed and gave me tips on how to wear it. He even did some modifications on my receipt so I wouldn't have a problem submitting it to my extended health plan. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The tests they did to assess my gait and foot posture seemed quite bare bones, and it really showed in the final orthotics product. Felt less adapted to my foot than off-the-rack Superfeet inserts. $545 vs. $50. The receptionist has also called me all three times I’ve booked online asking who I am and saying my information is not on their file. Quite a frustrating and expensive experience.
