My experience was amazing! She is kind, gentle, caring and easy to talk to. She made the experience very easy. Her space was clean, well decorated and welcoming. She has thought of everything to make your time there about you. She is very knowledgeable about her expertise and shared her knowledge with me. Every step was talked about so you know what was going to happen next.

Katelyn is AMAZING! She is quick, but thorough, and makes every experience as soothing as possible. I’ve gotten waxed, a facial, and a lash lift+ tint with her and would 100% recommend all three! She is talented at what she does and always makes sure you are pleased with her work. Her studio is very chill and comfortable, she is super fun to get to know, and has great music taste! Going on two years with her now with absolutely no need to find anything better or more affordable as she has it all (check out her routine or “maintenance “ prices!!! They are awesome!)

You guys! Katelyn is THE absolute BEST! She is an expert! She goes above and beyond to get every last hair removed! She has a banging personality and her space is so amazing! Not to mention all the snacks she offers and the products are superb! From personal use, the ingrown roll on serum works spectacularly well! Highly recommend! I came to her after leaving European Wax Center! She is by far the most PHENOMENAL beautician I have been to! Check my girl out! You will not be disappointed!

Katelyn is a wonderful service provider! I’ve been to quite a few different places for Brazilian and underarm waxing and I’ve by far had the best experience at Waxpertise. She is super professional and uses top of the line products, and with the aftercare products I purchased from her, I barely have any ingrowns! I am happy with my results every single time. On top of that, her space is very cute and clean and she is so fun to talk to! 10/10 recommend!

This is a very honest review! I personally think that this is one of the best places you can go in the twin cities if you are getting a wax of any kind. I have been to other salons and Katelyn is by far the most gentle and efficient I have ever experienced. I don’t leave my appointments swollen and in pain. It seems like a given, but if you are leaving your current appointment like that give her a try, I promise you will not regret it. It is easy, comfortable and overall a professional experience. If this is your first time waxing I encourage you to try out this small business. She will take her time and ensure that you are as smooth as possible!

Katelyn always does a great job! She’s the only person I trust with waxing and I love the way my brows look every time. She’s very consistent and detailed in her work. Her suite is cute and comfortable. 100% recommend!
