I always liked Moynes Ford and bought 6 or 8 vehicles there years ago. I tried going back to them to service a Ford I'd gotten elsewhere and unfortunately their staffing shortages are creating long delays for appointments to even diagnose the issue. After they finally diagnosed it, staff wouldn't even book an appointment to fix it until they had the part in and couldn't tell me when that would be. It's a shame they aren't providing the same quality of service that they used to. I was able to get the vehicle fixed at a local competitor two days later.

Prefer Moynes over Polito any day. Rob and the other service advisors have always taken good care of us and are always willing to help us out with the little things. One of the better ford dealerships out there since they are out to gouge their customers.

Been going here for a few years to service my truck, it was the most convenient location for me,I just had an appointment for 9am, i was on time, left to grab a timmies and then checked out their new trucks across the road, at 9:45 i came back and noticed my truck had not even moved yet, i asked the desk and she said “its still in the shop” i told her that it hasnt moved yet and she said the shop guys must have pulled the wrong truck in, so i wasted almost an hour waiting and if i hadnt noticed they probably wouldnt have started on it for god knows how long, appointments mean nothing here clearly, another customer was in waiting room and they didnt take his truck in until 45 minutes after his appointment,So when I asked for a reduction on the bill for wasting and extra hour they only knocked off $2The service manager was standoffish about it and every time i’ve been here hes miserable and not very friendly at all, very bad customer service here, wont be back.
