One of the best experiences we could have ever imagined. Our son was born December 6, 2022. The entire staff & team 2 were professional, kind, and open-minded. Guiding us through my pregnancy & delivering our baby is what they did, and they did it so well - with grace, patience and a sense of humour. My delivery was euphoric. We felt supported, assured, and had full trust in their expertise and in Julia.This was our first time delivering a baby, and we could not have had a better one. Team 2, the nurses & doctors at Northumberland Hills Hospital were incredible. We are forever grateful.

New Life provided excellent care for me through a pregnancy loss and a subsequent home birth and were incredibly supportive and caring. I never felt rushed or dismissed and all team members took time to address concerns in a meaningful way and follow up as needed. They took wonderful care of myself and my baby, not only in regards to physical health but mental and emotional health were top priority as well. They were exceptionally accommodating to all of our requests and concerns, and took time to explain all aspects of care to allow us to make an informed choice. My experiences with both my pregnancies with New Life Midwives was amazing! With my first, I fully credit Team 2 for catching my postpartum depression and setting us on the right path. Crystalyn was at both of my c-sections (emergency for my first, planned with my second) and she was the rock I needed to get through them. The women of Team 2 will forever hold a special place in my heart!

If I could give zero stars, I would. As a second time parent, I felt they took for granted that I had a previous healthy and normal pregnancy. I never felt like my midwives had reviewed my file or chart before my appointments. There were many red flags during my prenatal care, and I wish I had switched care and listened to my gut early on. The worst part of my care occurred on my delivery day. When I arrived for my 38/39 week check-up, I mentioned to my midwife that I felt I was in labour and having contractions. My midwife acted surprised and felt my belly during a contraction. She agreed that it did appear I was having contractions, and told me I should rest and that it might be hours or days before I gave birth. I reminded my midwife that my previous labour was very fast, and that I was concerned this labour would go quickly too. I also mentioned that I have a high tolerance for pain. I told my midwives this at every appointment, and reminded them constantly that this was a concern for me. I always felt like this was dismissed with a, well

Me and My Partner Katrina had a wonderful experience with Paige, Erin, and Taryn. The standard of care was excellent. We felt comfortable and supported through the entire experience. I would recommend to anyone having a baby.

The midwives here are incredible! I had team two and they made me feel so cared for from the moment I met them. I’m so glad I had them for the birth of my second baby. I felt so empowered. informed and supported throughout my pregnancy, labour and postpartum. If I have more babies, they would be my #1 choice!!

My experience is a bit different as I never even made it to my first appointment as I miscarried at 9 weeks. But I just want to leave a review to say how incredibly helpful and compassionate Julia was. I called due to some spotting at 6 weeks and even though she couldn't see or treat me, she gave me advice and so much compassion over the phone. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We cannot begin to express how amazing the midwives (and ALL staff) at New Life are!When we started our surrogacy journey in 2016 with New Life Midwives, there were a lot of unknowns.From the very first visit, we have felt so supported, heard and understood.
