I was really excited to try this new place in the mall but was so disappointed by its taste. I ordered their signature roasted milk tea with tapioca pearls and pudding with 50 ice and 50 less sugar. It tasted like it was so watered down and had no sweetness to it at all.

Conveniently inside Polopark mall. We visited this place multiple times. And for a mall bubble tea place I think they are really good. Might have to wait a bit after ordering. But you do have the option of ordering online as well. But overall I would say it’s pretty good. Many options especially if you are lactose intolerant. They had at one point these miniature boba bubbles and they were surprisingly really good. But I haven’t had them since our first time. Must try if you’re in Polopark.

Convenient location inside Polo Park mall. Service was quite quick as well. However, the bubble tea itself was pretty average. I got a passion fruit slush bubble tea. It separated this much literally in the time it took me to walk outside to my car, and I was parked at the closest entrance. It would be nice if they also gave you a bit more tapioca.

The bubble waffle was very delicious. We also really enjoyed the bubble tea. I would recommend that you try the brown sugar milk tea.

Amazing! The employees are very nice and easy to approach. One of the people at the cashier a boy was very welcoming and helpful when we said this was our first time. Will come again 10/10

Teas are tasty but even the 50% sweetness level is still very sweet. Bubble waffles are yummy.

Very funny experience, I asked for no ice then they switched regular size to small and charge me the same. He said For ppl who wants no sugar we only offer this size" Then why don't you do it on the menu? Basically the drink just yogurt plus water and a few strawberries

Quite busy being in a mall, which makes it hard to line up and wait as it is near the front of the mall where people are trying to walk. I'm on a taro milk tea kick so I am trying it everywhere, so I got a regular one here no toppings. Was a good size but was light on the taro flavor. If you're in a rush I can't recommend because of having to deal with the traffic from the mall but not bad if you have the time and are already in polo when you get the craving for a milk tea.
