Had this guy come out twice for perimeter drain jobs which needed a geotech engineer. He showed up, did minimal investigating and then said he couldn't help us and said good luck". Then proceeded to walk off site leaving a bitter taste in the mouth of our company and the homeowners."

I consulted with Richard for Geotech services on a house we are building in Langford. He was professional and courteous to deal with. Even though he was too busy to assist with our project he took the time to view our site and provide recommendations on how we should proceed.

I was referred to Richard Brimmell by Stephen Bean. I called him up to inquiry about conducting a report on a property I was considering purchasing that needed a geotech survey to qualify for a building permit. I inquired about the cost and what it would entail. He threw out a $1200 number and said I could not help me and hung up. Not even a recommendation or any helpful advice. Could learn a bit more about customer service.

In a brief conversation I explained to Richard my needs on a project and he went into a thorough and detailed explanation of what may be required from both the minimal to a potential maximum expense. I felt his explanation was educational and enlightening. I am pleased with the results I have received.

Terrible customer service. We can’t say weather or not they do good work because he’s walked off the job on us twice now without any referrals or advice.
