Very patient young woman trying to deal with a long line up just before closing on Saturday afternoon. Most of the customers are either unprepared or forgot something, need tape, decline tracking, then are surprised they didn't get it, and so on. Never once she lost it. Thank you for your kindness and excellent customer service under these circumstances.

They did not notify me when my package arrived. I realized it had been ready for pickup for a while at the post office when I tracked it online (it was supposed to be delivered to my house).The service in the store is pretty quick though.

Lovely little post office. This is the one I rely on most other than the commercial broadway one.Their times were updated for COVID (10 am - 5 pm mon-fri and 10:30 am - 3 pm sat) BUT they will sometimes allow you to come in about 10-30 minutes early if you have some packages to ship. SOMETIMES. Which is honestly very sweet when they do, especially if the heat is bad outside. I've always had nice, clear service here and never been barked at or had a worker be mean to me during the whole experience. Very understanding workers who are trying their best especially during these times. Definitely prefer this one to any other post office in the area.

I have been coming here for 2 years. Everyone is fast and efficient and this location may be the quickest I've dealt with in the lower mainland. However I noted that the customers are the ones causing lineups as they are trying to decide what option to pick to send packages. Other than that, if you have a quick letter/parcel to send or receive, you'll most likely get taken care of within 1-2 minutes.Theres also an Aussie dog inside occasionally. It is very friendly and fluffy and brings happiness to my day.

The store’s owner lied to me and took no responsibility, not even offering an apology.He assured I could send a package containing a discharged battery to Europe which wasn’t true. When I came back two weeks later to ask him about it, he was rude and denied everything despite me having the full documentation and the receipt.I lost $164.

Been sending my own mail for over a year so i know what to do and what to expect, but i had two interactions with one specific employee: she was extremely rude with me, asking what i needed stamps for and why, and trying to take my envelope out of my hands. went there today to ask them to print out a shipping label for me as their website wasnt working. normally, i would just give them the dimensions of the package and they would print it out for me, but this lady insisted that i go back home and bring the package over. she wrote on my package with a pen instead of a sharpie (not legible). she made me write the address on the envelope and when i asked if i could type it on the shipping label instead, she gave me so much attitude.only giving them 3 stars bc of the really sweet male employee with glasses in the morning. he’s very helpful and always knows what i’m looking for.

I love this post office. The family that runs it is awesome. They are super nice, very helpful, and there’s almost never a line. It is a hidden gem, and the best post office in this area.

Closing hours announced RIGHT WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THIS LOCATION. Would appreciate if we could have been informed earlier because I just lost my time

This location has some of the most friendly and efficient Canada Post staff I've ever encountered, particularly Marjorie. The employees here try to anticipate my needs and are always efficient with everything. Highly recommend this branch!

My five star review ONLY pertains to dropping off parcels. All of the ladies who work here are fantastic in my experience, helping everybody to the best of their ability. People don't know how to ship things, just be patient.
