It was very fun, the only 2 hiccups we had, is that we asked for a hint, and we didn't get it when we asked for it, and when we did get a hint it was for something we already had / the wrong thing. The second thing, is that the room wasn't reset completly so we had a key for something that was already opened si spent alot of time with the key that we didn't need.. Appart from those two things it was still a cool experience.

We did the pirate room and the ambiance was amazing. The puzzles were challenging but all had a logic behind which was great! The staff member was there for us and it really felt like they were taking it at hearth. One of my best experiences in an escape room!

The place is a bit worn out and is located on the first floor in an industrial business area. Usually enough space to park a vehicle but there is no safe place to park your bicycle. Not really accessible if you have limited mobility due to the stairs. Bilingual instructions in all the escape rooms. You can ask for a hint by pressing a button in the room. Instructors are helpful and entertaining. Fun activity to do with the kids or young adults. Not allowed to take pictures inside.

We did your pirate room today and although we found it challenging we had fun experiencing new clue set ups that we hadn't seen before. We look forward to trying your other rooms, hopefully with our escape brains in a better form!!!

Rather disappointing. We did tresor des templiers. 4 of the puzzles in the room were glitchy. We had them figured out but because they were glitchy , they didn’t work for us so we wasted a ton of time going back over clues and trying different things. In the end, we had to ask for hints but the hints just confirmed we were doing the right things in the beginning but not getting the results because the puzzles weren’t doing what they were supposed to. We didn’t end up escaping but I believe it was due to the glitches. I won’t be going back.

I gave this location a 4 star for the following reasons. First, I removed a star since the front desk area really needs a revamp. Ripped up leather couches and not well decorated waiting area did affect my perception of the quality of this escape room. It also left me thinking that 30$ was too expensive for the experience and 20$ been more reasonable. Otherwise, everything else was enjoyable, the game was very interesting, staff was friendly and explained things well. I would love to try another room one day.
