With everything going on Costco Regent provided safe shopping for my pregnant daughter, her baby and myself. She has not been able to go out as she is high risk. From the front doors to the vegetable cooler everyone provided not only a safe shopping outing but also a much needed normal shop. Thank you to all the staff. I want them to know that as a nurse they too are front line and really provided some normalcy in this crazy time. If there is 1 angry person there will be 1000 thankful.

Use there phone in refill service. Not sure that works as well as it could , had same issue twice and resolve was different both times. Great service otherwise, prices cant be beat!

Attended pharmacy on September 4th and received the best service ever.Jem was the person who waited on us as we picked up prescriptions and she assisted us in finding Dr. recommended moisturizing cream.Thank you Jem...you really are a gem and we, as customers, and Costco are lucky to have you at our store. They never answer the phone. You get what you pay for. I switched to shoppers and they are slightly more expensive but they’ve been super helpful whenever I have questions and call them. They even helped me lower my cost by helping me figure out slightly slightly different dose from my current (just different size tablets but almost same dose) and sent the request to my doctor and my doctor approved my new dose recommended by my pharmacist at Shoppers and now I pay $40 less for my meds. I will never support costco it’s always a war zone and it’s overrated.

The caucasian pharmacy assistant, the lady that gives rings up your bill prior to giving you your receipt is a total b****. All the tills were closed so I asked the pharmacist if they were still open, she asked her to help me with my prescription and she followed with giving me attitude. Happy weekend!

Transferred over my prescriptions from Safeway pharmacy after being there for nearly 20 years - easiest process, staff was super helpful, easiest and super convenient online prescription management system, and only paying $3 dispensing fees.. unbeatable! Costco for the win, again!

Always fast and friendly and accommodating! Plus you can’t beat the prices and you do not require a membership to fill your Rx and can purchase things from the pharmacy area also!
