Gross. Avoid at all cost. This is a port-a-potty, and a very shallow one at that. No hand-sanitizer and no toilet paper.

Edit/ august 17,2022still 1/5 stars because it was a bathroom emergency tonight on our family outing, and this public bathroom was locked even when the sign said vacant.Edit: June 8, 2022The port-potty has been upgraded with new bathrooms built… but still not open yet. I will update my review when they are opened.for years many park signs show this as a bathroom like the one at Hillcrest... it is port-a-potty (bleh). No sink, no soap, not wheelchair friendly. No bike rack. No changing table. No paper!Glad there is something"
