I visit here every once and a while, the staff is always friendly and you can find some pretty cool items. I usually go for the video games and vinyl records. I've sold a few things here too and they always give me a fair price.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Rude, and condescending, they treat every person as a number. They will insult your items and give you the absolute bottom dollar for any item they attempt to procure, and sell it at top. I recommend Donovan Bargain Corner or Canadian Hock Exchange. Friendlier, better services and prices at any other Pawn Shop.

I took in a couple of guitars that I wished to sell and they gave me a good price for them. I was moving and did not want them damaged in the move so I sold them. I plan to buy another when I get settled in the new province. Very friendly staff and are willing to listen to their costumers and give them good prices on all their stock.

Great! Purchased some electronics from them a while ago. They allowed me to test it in-store to confirm it was in working order, and several months later the equipment is still going strong. The prices listed were reasonable to start, and they even offered a bit of slack on the total price after I had everything I was looking for. The guys are friendly and funny. It's a great place to check out, even if you just wanna waste some time.Edit: 4 years later, the place hasn't changed. Same great people, same great selection. It's a habit now of stopping in every couple of weeks just to check out what goes in and comes out.

Great customer service; very friendly. They don't get annoyed when you try to make a deal and in fact they have lowered the price for me on various items. Definitely recommend.

Went in and introduced myself trying to be friendly, the man at the counter refused to shake my hand because he was eating. Is it that hard to put down a fork? A little rude, but excusable I guess. What was inexcusable to me was his overwhelming rudeness when I tried to ask a simple question. He didn't listen to what I had to say and is now being awarded this detrimental review. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
