I visited the Radiocrafts store two days back to repair the Bose surround cable. The service and the warm welcome received from Mr. Tony Mickelson was excellent. He was helpful and polite to answer what ever questions I had. Since I have the good knowledge on almost all the products displayed over there, I enjoyed my 45 minutes stay in their store. They are very helpful and they have a wide range of home theater products.Would love to work in such places.

Great service! I bought my Bose stereo there 12 years ago, am hearing faint static, took system in for diagnosis, can't be repaired (no parts), no charge. Lots of options, wide price range for new system. Decisions, decisions

Awesome home theatre store, with excellent technical service, and no pressure. Tony is super knowledgeable on current technology as well as old technology, so you can compare both.Do your homework before you shop anywhere, but I would highly recommend visiting Radiocrafts first. We definitely will be going back to buy more equipment there. Solid 5 out of 5 stars.

Tony was amazing. Loved every moment of this experience. He graciously took some time to explain, show things, give options, and was even able to order something that he didn't have in store that I really had my eye on. His prices can't be beat!!! Make sure you go here before you ever go to one of the other big box electronics stores. Amazing! Thank you so much!

Great experience and great discounts! I definitely will come here again. Not only was the owner very kind, he also knew an extensive amount about the products he sold. I wish I came here before buying my speakers. Definitely worth the visit! Thanks again for the help Tony! I came in looking for the latest Denon AV Receiver, he was one of the few people locally that had something. Never again am I buying from an online store again.

I am a long time customer here, should have written this review awhile ago. If you are looking for Klipsch speakers or Home Theatre TV/Amps/Audio, I highly recommend you check this place out. Tony knows his stuff and has recommendations for all budgets. He will always recommend the best quality for the money, and his pricing can't be beat. Its also great supporting a local small business that has been around for over 80 years!

Tony is very proffessional and knowledgeable about the products, He suggested the Klipsch products and explained in detail, how to get the best sound out of the soind configuration. He waited for me beyond closing time for me to come and pick speakers. I will update the review after installation.. This store is such an inner city gem. It's always been there and always will be, and has already outlasted so many other competitors since I first laid eyes on it decades ago. Go inside and talk to Tony. You'll be treated to expertise and get advice that comes from years of first hand knowledge. It's unbelievably refreshing to have an adult conversation, as my experience shows the local chain stores are staffed by teenagers that know far less than you do. Committed to excellent service + educated staff + the best price by far = WIN, WIN, WIN! Thanks again for everything, it worked out perfectly.
