Outstanding service for German made cars. BMW X5. Couldn’t be happier with service and value of the service. All maintenance has been outstanding. Have had vehicle detailed twice and it was pristine. I would never go back to.these guys ..they hsd my vechile there for weeks then they told me it needed certain parts which apparently were ordered a frm bmw come to find out used parts were put on vechile and. Charged for new parts and labour..ridiculous ..stay clear ..total rip off ..if icould give them a rating would be neg..hv told so many people to stay away from themthey sent bck this dumb thi g if i post fake reviews..im a honest person which def u are not ..i got work done by u and u ripped me off..old parts sayi g u orderef from bmw shame on u..my vechile still has issues ..my mistake u pocketed cash..my vechile still in garage..never will come bck there and everyone i see i tell tbem to stay clear from yr place

Wow. Mike and Tina, as well as the others there are all top notch. My car was having some issues, towed it to Mike after some glowing reviews from friends. Once inspecting the engine, there were more issues than I knew as I had just bought the car. The team was very upfront about the issues, what is needed to fix them and the methods to go about it. From cost savings to the pricey ways to go about it. All was fixed and the communication was perfect. Never left me worrying. When I picked the car up, it was freshly washed and looked brand new. After driving it home, the car drove even better than the day I bought it. Mike even fixed my door, it was sticking upon open.

They never make you feel dumb and really try to educate you and make you feel like you've made an informed decision.I've been taking my Mini here for 5 years now, and what pushed me to finally pony up and make a review was what happened this morning when I picked my car up after it had broken down a week ago. When I got in the car, I noticed they had picked up a few pieces of garbage/take out bags that had been left there (sorry guys) and washed my dirty mats for free, and didn't even mention it when I picked it up. It's hard to find service like that these days and it definitely made me smile on a Monday morning. Keep on rocking!
