I have been visiting Geordie Yang for over 1.5 years for RMT since my accident. He is extremely knowledgeable and has great technique. He always tries to understand how I'm feeling and in addition to the massage will recommend me some great exercises to calm my symptoms. He knows what he's doing and I would definitely recommend you to try him the next time you are looking for a therapist. Also, Momentum at Chatham is very clean and the ease of online booking really helps streamline the process.

Gio, is an excellent communicator who is passionate and dedicated to his profession. He is great therapist with excellent manual dexterity. At all times he is able to easily perform swift massage therapy, applying right pressure that loosens my tight muscles which relieves the pain and stiffness in my body and improves my range of motion after. Asides hands on massage treatment, Gio also goes an extra mile, by recommending and educating his clients to do certain body exercises at home and also advises of good body posture to prevent or to alleviate some of the muscle pains and stiffness.
