Sarah is amazing and so patient. I had a lot of questions about the rats before adopting them as this new ratty would be used as an emotional support pet. Sarah took the time to evaluate each rat and suggest which of them would be the right fit.She introduced us to the 3 cuddly candidates and even took the time to show us their parents! So important to see how healthy they are!Now Maple has been with us for three weeks and she's the exact cuddle potato that my daughter needs.You are awesome, Sarah. Thank you so much for your time and consideration for the rats as well as for our family!

Absolutely amazing!I am very new to having rats and had a lot of questions.Sarah was so patient and helpful and not just answered my questions but I left with two sweet baby girl rats and the knowledge to make sure I am the best rat Mom!Could not recommend enough!
