Food is always fresh at this location. Restaurant is a bit on the old looking and could use a fresh coat of paint. Staff are friendly and the service is fast.

Nice enough location. The team are polite not very friendly. I’ve received my order wrong twice and when I called to inform them, they pull up my order and said it was punched in wrong. No attempt to make anything right. But they charged me for what I received. Now I stay in the drive thru and look through each item to make sure it’s correct and I get a receipt. I wish the customer service was better.

Food is getting a 3 because I don't know what they did to their drinks... But they all taste wrong. That being said. Friendly staff and great service.

Fast and super friendly service. Sparse decor and old looking building that needs an refresh. Still the nostalgic look brings back memories. Drive thru moves well.

The drive thru is very fast and processes orders really quickly. Staff were very professional and courteous. My first time at Wendy’s Oakville was around 8pm to grab dinner after work and I was amazed by the superb customer service. It felt like being in a regular restaurant or coffee shop, not a fast food chain. Keep up the good work!

It’s a Good Friday, the place is not busy. We came in and here it was a very happy and friendly face awaiting for us. She was very helpful and offered us a variety of option. She even gave us a small discount on our breakfast coffees. Need to mention that the place was spotless. Sparkling clean which is an invitation to come back. The lady’s I’d # is 6684. Very professional and attentive

It’s Wendys. Not much to be said. However, many times that I’ve gone, I’ve waited in line for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to serve me. Pretty frustrating. Definitely just go through the drive through, faster service there for sure.

Absolute disrespectful service. Guy asks me medium or large for the meal I say medium which I think is the standard. But no that's extra charge without me realizing. No issue with up selling but I said whatever comes with it is that medium. I ask him why he did that he doesn't respond and walks away for someone else to take my order.
