Flavio was heaven sent. I had been turned down by every bank and broker I had tried, due to a previous bankruptcy and pending divorce. I needed to re-mortgage the house in my name only, and Flavio was the only person who actually worked so hard to find me a mortgage. He hung in there through many delays, and even helped me find a lawyer for my exhusband so he could sign our separation agreement so we could get on with the mortgage. That came with a million more complications but Flavio reassured me throughout. He helped organize so many things from southern Ontario (I’m northern Ontario) and always answered all of my questions. Best feeling in the world was this week when I got to tell my sons we don’t need to worry about moving because mommy bought the house! I cannot say enough good things about Flavio and his hard work, it made the impossible possible and I have a stable home for my boys to grow up in now. He is a miracle worker and I don’t know where we would be without his help.
