This is the best Bell Mobility that I've ever been. Everybody worked together to help me get a really good deal which was beyond me expectation. I high recommend that you go to this guys. Luckily, I didn't change my plan online and went here. I now have a new phone and lots of data.Thank you.

Jon lam. Your best friend one day, and short quick answers the next. He's all smiles and helpful when making the sale. When I returned with an issue it was my fault and the solution. He looked at my account and told me to call customer service. I called customer service. They notified the issue. I asked him if they could have seen the issue in store. They said yes. Thanks, John. I'll never come to The Airdrie store again

Jon and his associates were unbelievably helpful and patient when it came to dealing with my phone. It was doing something they have never seen before. He and his team made sure that everything that was on my phone was saved and retrievable. I had a ton of media and it all transferred over! Thanks again Jon for taking the 10 hours or so to make this possible! Excellent work!

Jon Lam was the gentleman who helped us in store to upgrade our devices. Of all the years upgrading phones and plans, this was the best service we have ever received. Very informative, detailed ,and worked very hard to ensure we received every discount we could. Took the time to explain things, and even phoned me hours later to let me know he got us another credit. It is nice to be able to stay local and will definitely be making this our go to store.Really great team and service, you won't be disappointed.

The Airdrie Bell is the best Bell location ever! My wife and I came in from being on holidays from Manitoba with a broken screen on a old Samsung phone and she calmed us down and found a solution that was cheaper than replacing the screen and we both ended up with new phones, a iPhone 14 for me and a new Samsung for my wife! They transferred my info to the new phone and recommended how to get the information off the old phone and what price to pay for that service! We did that and everything was good again in our world and what could have been a stressful situation and expensive to us was made into a winning situation for us! Thanks Bell store in airdrie ab !

Out of all the bell stores in Calgary I go the this one in airdrie simiply for how good the service is, they give very detailed information about each topic you would inquire. Yoo. Jon, Navi, Sylvia and mehtab are very dedicated to they're job they go out of there way to make sure they can give you better deals and options as well that your fully informed about the topic of conversation on any device and contracts

The Airdrie Bell store goes above and beyond every time! I love this store, they make every effort to help you with your phone. If you need a new phone, a used phone, accessories, better plan, just anything! I feel confident that I’m always getting the best deal and advice. I needed a new phone and was given a loaner and told to wait till Boxing Day for the sales and I’m glad I did! Absolutely the best advice!
