I bought 2 standing desks a of couple of months ago and I am still very happy with my purchase. They work as expected. The motors seem tough. The memory option is simple and is a must for any standing desk. Delivery was fast and packaging was good. We received the motors and panels within few days.

I am very satisfied with the chair I purchased from MotionGrey. The quality is great and it is a very good bang for the buck. I had an issue when I got my chair since there was one screw missing to attach the head rest. I contacted customer support and they promptly sent the hardware needed. I will certainly recommend the chair to anyone who is looking for an affordable quality and comfortable chair.

Delivered on schedule, product was not damaged. Clear instructions and video provided for installation, table was easy to assemble, my daughter loved it, the motor was working properly. I purchased a Standing Desk Frame, Cord Organizer and Dual Monitor Arm. Shipping time from order to delivery was fast and received within 3 days. On Dec 10th, I reached out to MotionGrey as, unfortunately, one of the legs was unresponsive. After following their online troubleshoot guide, we narrowed it down to a bad motor leg. I opened up a ticket for support.Representative errolyn reached out to me requesting a video of the issue, so the team could look into the matter and work on a resolution. After providing a clear video of the leg motor not moving, the team had opted into a lower cost resolution of providing a replacement control box, despite MotionGrey's own online troubleshoot guide narrowing the issue down to a bad motor leg.Eight days later, a new control box arrived. Upon replacement, the same errors and issue was present, the same leg did not operate. Since my ticket was closed, I reached out using the online chat function. When I explained the situation, a representative Ophelia advised a new control box was already shipped my way. Re-explaining the issue, the representative requested for me to send a new video of the error. Explaining I had already sent a video in previously and that there was no difference, they still insisted on a new video of the issue. The same video was recorded with two control boxes in frame.The next day, errolyn agreed to send a motor replacement for the leg.Fast forward to today, another eight days later (do consider the holidays and shipping delays due to weather storms which is understandable), I received what I hoped to be my last package from MotionGrey, excited to have this table up and running, and to relive both errolyn and I from this issue once and for all. Upon opening the package, to my surprise there was no motor leg. MotionGrey had sent me yet another control box.It has been exactly one month from arrival, three control boxes on hand and my table is still bottoms up on the floor. Completely lost for words.Verdict:With initial fast shipping times, if your product arrives in working condition, you should have value for money (unfortunately, I have not been able to test a working product yet).If you have issues with your product, I wish you well and truly hope MotionGrey has improved enough to support you with your own resolution.Update: Pending – table still not operational

My husband and I both bought the standup desk kit and love it! I am now purchasing a third one for my office at work! They have great prices, great quality and even better customer service! Thanks for being so trust worthy! (For the pictures attached, I had a custom table top made since I needed a smaller desk)

From purchasing to delivery to customer service, it has been amazing and excellent. Quick follow up by the customer service tram and the installation was relative easy and simple. I really loved the minimalistic design! We purchased the dual motors standing table during a promo and seriously I had never regret the purchase since using it from day one!! Highly recommended!!
